We checked in late on the 8/18 we were assigned a room on the 4th floor. There was a constant vibration and sounds from the roof from the A/c units and there must have been the main water valve in the wall as every time a toilet flushed or water was used there was a loud water sound and when it turned off it was like someone hitting the wall loudly it woke me up several times during the night. It made it very hard to sleep comfortably. The next morning went to get breakfast and it was a half hour before it closed but they seemed to be out of everything except eggs the pancake machine wouldn’t work the employee was very frustrated and making comments about how she is ready to be done with breakfast and anytime she was asked about items that were not available she was rude and snarky in here replies. Definitely not the way I like to start my day by hearing your employee vent about her frustration with her job in a very rude manner. Then when I tried to call to talk to a manager about our experience I had to jump through hoops to even get anyone on the line. When I finally got through I was told the general manager was at lunch I could leave a message. So I left a message hoping for a call back waited a day and nothing. I called the same number back that I obtained to the front desk and was hung up on every time I asked to speak to a manager this is no way to run a business

If I could give a 0, I would. The AC in the room didnt work, we spent a few hours waiting for it to cool down. There were no other rooms available. After a few hours in over 80degrees, it was better to drive 2 hours home at 2 am than stay there Its been 3 weeks and im still working on a refund as the hotel is not responding to the booking company. Hold yourself accountable for your actions. Been a Hilton member for years, thats changing.

No place to put your clothes in room. Bare minimum. Breakfast was lacking. Coffee had no taste. For a Hilton is sure was disappointing. Time to rethink my Hilton Honors Card.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the room was exactly what we expected. The only area for improvement would be that the breakfast was slim. By around 8:30am there wasn't much food left and though we waited for more to be put out, it was never restocked. So early bird gets the worm!
The pool was nice but a little on the cold side, and there is no hot tub. It does have a shower station and towels available.
Overall a nice stay and we would come back!

Folks checking into the lobby below, quiet conversation on the patio, intimacy down the hall, mechanical noises all night... It's as if the walls here are designed to amplify noise rather than dampen it.

This property has very few Diamond Member perks. No room-upgrades available. Rooms are very small. Breakfast is average. Pool is indoors, but very small. They charge a flat $50-$75 for a pet regardless. It's not a deposit. You don't get it back. Staff is incredibly kind. It's one of the better properties in the area, just only a parking space for Diamond Members. Lots of construction, but not on Sunday. Beds are like glorified futons essentially.

Minus one star for a few reasons. #1 an employee nearly ran into me walking down the hallway because she refused to step to the side and make way, since her and her coworker were walking side by side. #2 my toilet seat was really loose in the bathroom, #3 the pool Is freezing cold. Just don’t even try. Now for the good, room was super clean. The blanket on the bed was weird, made to always be folded I think, idk but it was comfy atleast. Hotel is in a nice place, considering it’s Jackson. It’s right across from red lobster, and right off the interstate. Breakfast was good too. There was a hot meat and egg option daily, plus a normal continental breakfast. Also it was quiet at night. Never got woke up by loud neighbors. All in all I really recommend this place!

This is a lovely clean hotel with great staff. I am so impressed. They have done a great job of making all the spaces just right and super functional. This is an affordable hotel that blew my mind. So much nicer than any affordable hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’ll be looking for this chain first everywhere I go. The shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap are in containers on the wall and smell amazing. The linens and pillows are great. It is SO clean!
