“Great place to rent from, the people there care about your needs, even if there in a bad mood cause it gets busy there and it looks like a lot to handle but they do everything with professionalism and kindness. I'd recommend the manager to anyone. He's awesome.”
“Everyone was extremely helpful And walk me through all the steps on towing my vehicle with the truck. Customer service was amazing! Well, definitely use them again if I need a rental truck.”

“I won't deal or try and work with any other U Haul dealer in my town, except for Kelly at Compass Storage on W Michigan Ave, nobody wanted to try and find me the rental I needed, except for her, going above and beyond, to keep her satisfied and loyal customer thank you Kelly and Compass Storage”
“The manager was absolutely amazing! Such a sweet lady. Her daughter was having her first baby, and even then she went above and beyond for her customers. The check in needs to be fixed, it took so long to get everything approved and I ended up having to go inside so I could even get the help with the online approval part and for the key even though I set it for contactless pick up.”
“The personnel I dealt with Lee and PJ were great. Shop is very well organized and clean. I had a DOT and PM done along with quarter fender replacement and speed control settings set to my request. I have found a local dealer home for my work and parts needs.”
“I would like to add. The nice lady that helped me in Battle Creek went over the top and out of her way to find me this trailer. It was Sunday morning and she was so very kind. Thankful for that. It's not often seen today.”

“The office staff was very nice and didn't make me feel silly asking my random questions and took my concerns seriously. The storage space is just that storage space, it doesn't stink of musk or mildew which is a positive for me.”
