“First off, the facility itself is super cool. I love that it’s all indoors, and it’s a very comfortable temperature. There are elevators for the units on the second floor, and there are big rolling carts and hand trucks available for use. 10/10 highly recommend!”
“Website was a little glitchy trying to rent a unit, buttons didn’t want to work consistently. But once that was gotten through the experience was smooth and painless. The staff personnel I spoke to were all helpful and polite.”

“Long story short. Ordered my storage unit online for Shirley Dr and show up to find no one works this location. Fair warning you must go to Vandercook location to do paper work. Not posted anywhere at location to let you know.
Ok, now other than that it is a great experience. Facility is clean and unit is nice and sizable. Gate entrance is a plus, the gentleman that helped me was new but did a great job figuring everything out. All in all very pleased.”
“My things have been safe and secure and it’s easily accessible for me. The automatic fence it’s nice also. My only complaint is the bugs, and that my things, I.e. picture frames, boxes, etc had been chewed up by mice.”
