“I have rented with them twice within the last few years and never had a bad experience! The first time, I rented in Lansing and recently I rented in Jackson and I loveee the staff at both locations. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. I did have my stuff damaged due to a leak at the property in Lansing but they took care of it and I also had insurance through them and got reimbursed VERY well and very quick! Highly recommend storage sense to anyone needing a reliable, budget friendly place to store their things! Thank you all for being so kind and helpful. It is very very appreciated 💕”
