Don't go to this location. There are ALWAYS homeless people outside that will beg you for money and are aggressive and will follow you to your car. Go literally anywhere else.

I have informed delivery and I know what mail is supposed to be coming and what's not. The last week in July I received no mail at all even though I was supposed to receive it. A package I was sent had the corner opened slightly and looked like someone was trying to see what was in it. I still have yet to receive mail from that week.

1 hour plus wait in line, 1 worker - doing his best & friendly but process is very slow with.commercial business monopolizing with no regard for others & simple personal transactions. Very frustrating.

The staff here are very helpful and friendly. I've been dealing with a situation from the Elm Street post office not switching out my mail key and lock at my apartment for over two weeks and not finding a way to get me my mail. This location downtown has been calling them and me to keep me updated and trying to get them to do their job even though they seem to refuse. So I appreciate the staff for their help and realize they are frustrated with the supervisor and the situation on Elm Street as well. Someone at this location should be promoted to supervisor at the Elm Street location as the current supervisor there appears to be incompetent. I see a lot of bad reviews. They must be desperate for employees like everyone else.

I am missing 4 pieces of mail all envelopes. 2 were from DMV that contained renewals and 2 from auto owners which was my policy and proof of. . Called and nothing can be done. I'm just sol. Not happy with our postal service

Very rude know one seem to actually want to be there… plus I was sent a change of address with a bar code and all yet I was told I needed other mail to prove it I’m like yall yet this to my address like dumb left it there and walked out

Mail not being delivered for days at a time, caught guy today he was just going to pass by my house without delivering until I yelled and asked where my mail is. Absolutely awful service , also received a destroyed piece of mail from Dec 2nd that I had mailed no excuse for this service or lack of.

Having a problem with these guys. I have had to make an address change 3 times to stop getting mail at my old address and because I have made 3 address changes they are going ahead and making me receive and report a code they are sending to both addresses in order for me to use the app. Ordinarily I would not have a problem with them trying to protect my mail but nothing happened with the first 2 address changes and now it's an inconvenience to me when it finally does happen...ugh...

This not the first time I haven't gotten mail for more than a week. I have a couch on my front porch, been there a month now. Still room to get to the mailbox yet I haven't received any regular mail since last Monday. I got a larger package delivered Saturday. On the package was a note. Which is pictured. Then the 2nd picture is the clear path to my mail box. Pretty ridiculous you can't walk that space. I use thar walk way almost everyday.
