Stopped delivering mail to Granada apartments with no warning to the tenants nor have provided us with an explanation as to why we now have to go across town to receive our mail. Not only is this significantly inconvenient for all tenants, but there are many tenants who don’t hold the capacity to retrieve their mail from the post office. Not only was the time of mail delivery always inconsistent, but now this. I will say we’ve had very nice mail men/women who’ve delivered our mail here but that’s the only positive. USPS should be required to provide answers to the tenants if Granada apartments as this is ridiculous!! Terrible location and business practice!

Incompetence at it's worst! My mother sent me a package from this location to my current residence in Taiwan. Because Chinese Mandarin is the language used here,I had her include my phone number on the package to hopefully avoid any confusion at the Taiwanese post office. Because Taiwanese phone numbers are more than nine digits the number she gave him didn't fit into the computer system. Instead of Victor notifying her he just entered the number excluding the last two digits. This may create a problem getting my package delivered. This entire issue could have been easy avoided had the employee (Victor) asked for clarification. My mom went through the trouble of returning to the Jackson post office the next day to try to correct the mistake made by said employee. They did NOTHING except reassure her that it would be okay.... As if you people know anything about the Taiwanese Post Office. I guarantee if I sent a parcel to the US written in Chinese it would never reach the intended destination. We will be using FedEx or DHL from now on.

USPS IN JACKSON IS SCAMMING. Just this year myself and neighbors have had many packages misdelivered or marked “delivered” and never arrived. I had two bubble packages delivered with contents stolen. SUBMITTED COMPLAINT, NO RESPONSE.

I have informed delivery. An IRS letter for Scott Cramer was supposed to be in my mailbox yesterday. My bridge card was supposed to be in my mailbox the day before that. Both days empty! Where's my mail!!!!!! I'm very upset? the are very important letters that are needed... my mail should be there. Or normal carrier Paul, is on vacation... this sub is not deliveringthe mail properly.. my entire apartment complex had to go around and give other tenants their mail. My neighbor had my mail for Monday and yesterday was a complete disaster...mail is not being delivered properly. I'm not happy. We have a letter from the irs that claims was put in my mailbox...IT WAS NOT.. NEITHER WAS MY BRIDGE CARD! Frankly I think if someone feels a card through the envelope they take it. My opinion... it's happened several times in my apartment complex

1 star is due to phone service. There is no option for checking on mailbox keys and it let's you say you want to speak with an agent, but doesn't LET you. So I have to drive ALL THE WAY THERE on 4+ dollars a gallon of gas just to see, bc noone can answer the phone. Even if they Wanted to.

Emilene was friendly and professional; she helped me with a bulk mailing that required patience - which she definitely had. As customers came through, all of the employees were pleasant and helpful. I wish all post offices were like this one.

Says delivered in/at mailbox. Nope. Someone got my $85 razor/foil. I know I'll never see it and nothing will ever be done. Nobody will be held accountable. Thanks. Appreciate it. You guys are awesome.

Said my package was supposed to be delivered and when time came it wasn't there looked on my tracker said it had gone back to the store, called the number that's provided and come to find out that they're closed yet hours say otherwise seriously?

The man at the counter refused to give me forms I needed. Said they do not have any but yet I could see them on the rack next to him. When I pointed out the form he told me I was wrong and refused me service.
