Long time customer. Went in. Ignored. Need assistance with putting screen protector on. Associates looked busy with others, so I took a seat and waited. People comming in after me, got a hello and helped while I was ignored. Will never return.

Paying double because they failed to do their job properly. Sold us a new phone w a promo. Changed our plan (more expensive) to make the line eligible for said promo then didn't add the promotion to trade in the old phone....so cost me DOUBLE to upgrade my phone. Verizon can't fix the issue because it was done at the store. Of course. So, because someone failed at their job I'm paying the price. Paying dearly. I'd shop directly with another company that isn't inept at their job.

This was the 2nd Verizon store I had been to for assistance. The first was in another county. The employee there corrected my phone problem in five minutes. I wish I had asked him his name!

I had been needing a new phone for quite awhile...but procrastinated because of my lack of technical knowledge and how terrible my experiences were in the past. I have to say, this time was TOTALLY different! Mathew was seriously an answered prayer...NOT JOKING! He was beyond patient with me and all of my questions. He was the most thorough and technically knowledgeable customer service rep I've ever dealt with! I wish I could hire him to be my my personal tech guru! I am extremely grateful for him and would recommend going to him for any verizon needs! He was such a blessing! Thank you Mathew!

Welcomed in the store but felt rushed, so I decided not to purchase a new phone. Probably just order a phone online instead of going into this location to buy a phone.

My ear speaker went out on my iPhone 12 Pro had insurance the day I got the phone for 2 years I put a claim got my new phone I got to pay my bill this month $530 for damage which is $329 if I were of knew you guys knit pick phones for there smallest scratch on a phone I had for 2 years I would of just waited till upgrade but now you will see me going to t mobile 1 star if I could I would give them a 0 lost a customer here when it’s cracks on the screen is one thing but fr a scratch do better Verizon!

I am a long time customer. I went to this Verizon store. My first visit went OK. When I came back I met with Martin. Boy did he make me feel stupid. He was Rude!Verizon is still overcharging me, even though I can't use the product. I think it's time to change from Verizon
