My ear speaker went out on my iPhone 12 Pro had insurance the day I got the phone for 2 years I put a claim got my new phone I got to pay my bill this month $530 for damage which is $329 if I were of knew you guys knit pick phones for there smallest scratch on a phone I had for 2 years I would of just waited till upgrade but now you will see me going to t mobile 1 star if I could I would give them a 0 lost a customer here when it’s cracks on the screen is one thing but fr a scratch do better Verizon!

I am a long time customer. I went to this Verizon store. My first visit went OK. When I came back I met with Martin. Boy did he make me feel stupid. He was Rude!Verizon is still overcharging me, even though I can't use the product. I think it's time to change from Verizon

Switched to Verizon from T-Mobile! The process was smooth and painless! Mathew did a great job explaining the process and made sure that we are set up for success!

my wife and her friend came in for a phone plan. they talked and came to an agreement of $80 for payment and plan. the when it can to paperwork it came to $150. no one could explain why it went up that much. then they we're pressured into buying it. then got courage to return said phone and customer service was super disrespectful and rude. Would never return.

I have been dealing with this for months now. It is crazy. When I broke my phone, I went to replace it. When I did, I had to pay off the old broken one before getting my new phone. I paid but found out they actually paid off my wife's phone. So the guy at the Verizon store told me he would reverse that transaction and I would have to do it again for my phone. Well, he never reversed it so I paid off two phones. I was told time and time again that the refund was in process. It never was done. After spending 2 hours on the phone, I was told it was finally going to be done the next day. Since it was a Friday, I decided to wait until Tuesday to check for my refund. Obviously by Tuesday it wasn't fixed yet. After spending more hours chatting online with Verizon customer service, I finally relented and allowed them to just credit my Verizon account with the money I was due, rather than deal with the refund to my credit card which seemed to be a virtual impossibility. Not my ideal resolution but a solution nonetheless. Then I get an email saying that my trade was never received and I would be charged the credit I was given for said trade in, even though I have communications from Curtis at the Jackson Verizon store that says he had the trade and it would definitely be rectified. I asked him if there was anything else I needed to do or if he would keep me informed. He told me he would communicate with me. It has been 9 days and I haven't heard a thing. When I texted him (how we have communicated thus far) he didn't respond to me for over three hours and had no update or other information for me. I am fed up.

I just left Verizon wireless today. I'm on my niece account. She said I should be able to upgrade my phone... The person that helped me clearly just said. I'm unable to upgrade because I'm not on the account. I feel I should have been able to.I could have gavein him her phone number. And maybe I still should have been able to upgrade my phone. He rather let a customer walk out the door instead of helping me out.. Switching my services to xfinity today.. He also could have text my niece and got permission from her

I went in to talk to them about my phone when people call me or when I call out I can’t hear them through ear piece and have to talk on speaker and the two people that supposedly helping me told me the reason was because my phone was halfway shut off which is the dumbest thing I’ve heard, those two people shouldn’t be working with phones etc and when I called Verizon 1800 number she said what? That is not true at all and she said why in the world would they tell you that. To me it’s so d*** everyone I told started laughing and said they have people like that working there ?♀️

These people just want to get customers out the door. They told me after 3 visits of complaints of phone not ringing and telling people on other line my number isn't in service to call 611. I've been a loyal customer of Verizon for over 20yrs and they still won't credit my acct or do anything for me. But I won't switch to Att or t mobile. I hear awful things about them also

Verizon is the worst cellular company I have ever dealt with. Employees will not resolve issues. They will make you tell situation time after time days in a row, and they do even more worse and charge the most expensive cellular service for the hassle of it all. I wish I never signed with this company.
