3333 Central Blvd, Hudsonville MI 49426
“Super nice staff member here helped me with shipping a package internationally. They took the time to give me advice on filling out the customs form to make sure it shipped quickly and even fixed a problem I hadn’t realized with the box. It was a Tuesday midday, and there was no wait for service for me or anyone else the whole time I was there.”

8350 Byron Center Ave SW, Byron Center MI 49315
“The people of this USPS location saved our day! We had a passport application appointment at another USPS location (Kalamazoo), but they canceled our appointment without notice after we arrived. We came to this Byron Center location immediately after without an appointment. We knew it was a long shot, we explained our dilemma and asked if they could squeeze us in. And you know what? They did! They showed us grace and helped us with our applications! They could have said “No”, but they chose kindness and helpfulness! We are grateful to the folks who helped us today!”
