“We went in for frozen cokes. As we were in line waiting to pay, the customer in front of us was treated very rudely over $0.67 shortage. I offered to cover it, but our money wasn't accepted. After understanding the shortage, the gentleman paid what was owed. This situation could/should have been handled a lot differently. Unfortunately, customer service appears to be coming a thing of the past.”
