“Highly recommend them for their genuinely kind customer service, amazing food, and out-of-the-norm-but-still-incredible meat creations.
I called them last minute for a turkey and they pulled a smoked turkey out of the freezer ahead of time so it could thaw, and then cut it for me when I showed up. They saved our dinner!!
Pro tip - if you’re a steak lover, buy their steak and let them put their “secret seasoning” on it - absolutely delicious!”
“They do a nice job of meat processing. I have been getting my beef and pork processed at Byron center meats for years. They do trim their meat pretty close so you don't have much fat on the meat and you end up with kind of a lot of hamburger. But all in all they do a nice job.”
“Bought the BEST fresh kielbasa I've ever had!!! My wife and I also bought one of their famous foot-long deli sandwiches with bologna, salami, ham, and cheese.....Incredible!!! The entire staff was very friendly, helpful, and proud of the products they sell.”

“Showed up on a day I didn't realize they were closed, the owners pulled in behind me and noticed. Even with being closed he went in the back and got me delicious garlic beef jerky that has a smoke flavor that no body can compete with. Amazing people, and amazing quality of various meats.”

“Very reasonably priced and they sell cool boutique suet bags too. I called them, they smoked a small spiral for me I picked it up the next day, 2 days before thanksgiving, Best ham I ever had in my life and I am old. Not normal ham, this is luxury ham on another level that will shut up people that complain a lot. Looks like no parking from the street but there is when you driveway up around back. Getting good work out of you hammers lately.”

“Overnight parking is available. There is no restroom available until someone shows up around 3:00 p.m. The appointment was at 6:00 p.m. We were approached at 5:03 p.m. to back into a door. We had paperwork in hand signed before the unloading process began. The employee was very friendly and helpful. We were leaving the parking lot at 5:54. I'll deliver here again with no hesitation.”

“I've been going to Bob's for 25 years and I've never lived in Jenison. I had a friend that lived close and we used to buy Bob's famous Sizzler's for camping trips because they were so affordable and so good. Now 25 years later I still go there usually once a week to load up. Awesome beef and poultry, great deli, nice people and good prices. What more could you ask for?”
