“Kevin and Jesse were both super helpful. Walked in, close to closing time, with a older phone that was having issues. They found that the SIM card was bad and were able to quickly switch it to an e-SIM and get it operating flawlessly. While there, I addressed a billing issue. They found that my older plan was billing more than I needed and upgraded to a newer plan, saving me +$20/mo.

“Mo at the Grandville location was amazing!!! He was very professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, patient and a great multitasker. We came in for a reactivation and we were kind of on a time crunch. Mo welcomed us and got us checked in as soon as we entered the building. When it was our turn he listened to what we were there for and provided excellent service. 10 out of 10 for Mo and his team!! No customer were left unattended and they did check-ins with all the customers not being serviced yet. If you want to experience exceptional customer service then this is the place to go!”

I dropped my phone and broke the camera this morning. I only had a small window to get a phone after work. I had little to no expectations of actually getting a *phone*, let alone getting the entire experience I got.
Jackie and Maria sat and answered all my questions, even though it was nearing closing time on a Friday night. And before we were finished they had already called another local store (44th and Clyde Park) to have a case and charger set aside since they didn't have one in stock for the phone I chose, and didn't want me taking the risk of breaking another camera. Incredibly thoughtful.
I'll be changing this store to my "home store" and driving across town to come here from here on out.

“Over the years of having cell phone service I have seen it all and experienced it all. I now have AT&T and I have experienced the most amazing service at the Alpine location!!!! I have worked with every member working there and they all have been so helpful BUT if you get the chance to work with JESSIE I absolutely recommend doing so. She goes above and beyond every single time for you. She knows what she's doing also. So ask for JESSIE if you want to experience the most amazing customer service!!!!!”

“Last night Feb 19 2026 my wife and I showed up a bit before closing to get a transfer pin number that had been screwed up by another salesperson years ago... Tanner spent time getting our problem straigtened out even after closing time to make sure we were all set before leaving. Tanner clearly went above and beyond for someone he had never met.
