“Very satisfied with my experience. 2 management employees filling in from other locations were working last Saturday. Helped me trade in my Galaxy S20 Ultra 5g for a Galaxy S23. I needed a smaller phone for my hands since I'm constantly on my phone for work. I needed to save $ and Shelby recommended this one. Camera is great! Quality is good. They also recommended a smart watch which is free :) They were honest about fees incase I decided to cancel the trade in and what I should expect on my next bill. Very straight forward and didn't try to sell me anything I don't need, but catered their marketing to my needs and budget.”

“I had a iPhone 11 that was shattered and needed repairs. I was referred to this locally owned repair shop that’s nestled in the heart of Grand Rapids. I filled out the online form to find out how much my repairs would cost. The website was easy to navigate and made the process much more efficient. I had received very quick response to my questions and was happy with the quote that saved me some $$ compared to other places I called. The repairs were quick and my phone looked brand new and works great! Next repair will be a shattered iPad that my daughter will bring in. We found our tech fixit guy!”

“We recently updated our daughter's IPhone. We wanted to make sure everything transferred correctly to her new phone so we brought it to the affordable iStore so they could do the transfer for us. I'm glad we did because it was not easy. Joel was patient and professional and I am so grateful for his help. When the usual transfer application failed, he went above and beyond to figure out a way of getting all of my daughter's data transferred, and was even successful in recovering some applications she thought she had lost. I cannot thank him enough! Their store is easy to find, clean and well laid out. In addition to the repair services they offer previously owned and refurbished Apple products for purchase. I will certainly turn to them first for any future issues we might have.”

“Was visiting Michigan when my cell phone crapped out. Called CPR Cell phone repair and spoke with Sarah, who stated that they could have my phone battery replaced within an hour. I arrived and dropped my phone off with Sarah and the technician, Robert, who both were very professional. Sure enough, I picked my IPhone 8 up within the hour-fully functional. I also inquired about having my laptop repaired but since I was leaving the next day to head back to Florida there wasn’t enough time for them to run a diagnostic on it and also replace the battery (which had to be ordered). Very pleased with the service, pricing, and professionalism. Highly recommend this store for your cell phone and PC repairs.”

“So I had quite a few issues with my phone, to the point were I was angry and anxious. My account was suspended and the website told me to pay my fee to restore which I did. Sadly it did not work. Cue to the machine eating my money. I go into this Boost Mobile location and THANK GOD I ran into Jimmy! This man not only restored my service and credited what I had already paid, but he went on to fix a long term issue I've had with my microphone, replaced a screen protector professionally and was INSANELY charismatic the entire time through. Every time I go to this location whoever the salesman is there is the one to bring me back the next time. JIMMY THANK YOU! You deserve a raise for being the best!”
