“I filled my script here because my medication is on back order everywhere. They were able to fill it no problem and the pharmacist treated me like I was an old friend or something. It was bizarre for me as I’m usually used to dealing with the very impersonal pharmacy at Walgreens, but they were really nice to me and made me feel better after a long, horrible day.”
“Easy to get in and out quickly. Pay with Sam's app-just click gas, scan code on the pump, confirm pump #, and fill your tank. Card in app is charged and receipt is kept electronically in app.”

“Pros:
1. Fast fills. Antibiotics were ready for me when by the time I got there from urgent care.
2. Friendly staff
3. Pharmacist started to greet me by name by my second or third visit
4. Same cost to me as wallgreens without long waits and a constant influx of new staff who don’t know how to do their jobs well.
Cons:
1. Generic meds only… so i have to get one drug at meijer every 3 months. Boo freaking hoo.
Honestly- if you live in the creston area- these should be your pharmacists.”

BRING BACK THE PLANTER'S COCOA ALMONDS! Yea!! They brought them back.
Otherwise, it is good place to shop; prices are still somewhat reasonable, however, inflation has effected prices of many products.
Well, now they don't carry them anymore. Sad. As of June 2026, still no Cocoa Almonds.”
“Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Guardian Pharmacy for always answering my questions and helping me whenever I call.I work for an AFC and have multiple medication needs for multiple individuals that we get to care for and the fact that Guardian Pharmacy delivers their medications and treatments is just FANTASTIC! We also love that they keep track of all of the orders and let us know when we need to have a new script written, so that those medications do not lapse.Our pharmacy rep Brian is always super friendly and helps out in any way that he can. If he does not know the answer, he will work hard to get the answer for me and gets back with me as soon as he possibly can.The Guardian Pharmacy team also seem to be on top of any medication changes or requests and appear to be quite knowledgeable, when I call with various questions and if they do not know the answer, they get me to someone who can help me.Our home is extremely grateful for having Guardian Pharmacy as our go to pharmacy.”

“As far as EXCEPTIONAL customer service goes, Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy is probably the best in town!!!
The staff is so extremely knowledgeable and friendly, that I look forward to speaking with them each and every month when I need to call to get my migraine injection filled. I can’t even think of another business I can say that about!
Ashley, the pharmacist I’ve dealt with, is more than happy to answer any of your questions and is so friendly!
The pharmacy staff ( particularly Maggie) is very empathetic and listens intently to all the details and actually REMEMBERS me when I call back. She is enthusiastic and goes above and beyond each time I call to make sure insurance clears and I will get my injection for my migraines on time.
I literally wish I could give this place 10 stars.

“So glad my doctor referred me to pharmacist Mary at Rivertown Compounding Pharmacy. Love their process of talking with Mary about my menopause symptoms, and she formulates exactly what I need. We’ve tweaked my formula a couple times, and I’m feeling much better over the past few months. Cost is reasonable. You owe it to yourself to investigate this great option!”
“This Pharmacy is awesome. I used to go to Rite Aid but when they went OUB I was toggling back and forth from Meijer Pharmacy and Walgreens with pretty exhausting results. When I switched to FF pharmacy for one med they were a breath of fresh air! Their pharmacists are available, competent, and KIND. They do what they say they are going to do WHEN they say they are going to do it. Thank you guys, moving to your pharmacy has made one thing easier in my life.”

We decided to leave & come back for the photos later, however we could have stayed and waited because the turn-around was fast.”

“First time customer and will definitely be back! Ryan is amazing, he went above and beyond to help with finding the insurance for my son since I haven't received a card yet. He could've told me no to helping me and told me to figure it out myself, but he didnt and he helped me.
The medicine my son needs it apparently out of stock everywhere. They had his medicine, it was ready fast. With Ryan helping find his insurance, it made it so I saved a lot on his medicine.
I Highly recommend here. From being so helpful and actually having his medicine in stock.”

“I have to say this... there is a technician that works in the pharmacy at this location and she is the sweetest, most professional technician I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I don't know her name but, she always has a smile on her face and is very attentive of all customers at the drive thru and inside pick up window. I don't like going to pick up my prescriptions when she isn't there. She definitely brings light to everyone she helps. Thank you!”

“My daughter wanted both the red and blue ICEE. They fill it themselves so I wasn't expecting them to accept a special order. But the guy behind the counter agreed to mix it, and even smiled when asked. Then he went above and beyond and layered the red and blue multiple times, just like my daughter likes it. Great customer service. Give the guy running the register at noon on 06/23/25 a raise please.”

“Clean well lit and well stocked store. But it would have been nice if I could have gotten help reaching something on a high shelf as I was stuck in a wheelchair at the time. And it did take more than 15 minutes before I was able to get to check out.”
