I was pleasantly surprised by the customer care I received from Laura. I have visited multiple stores looking for the right phone and right service and Laura was by far the most knowledgeable and most helpful in every aspect of my visit. I am very pleased with the service I received:)

Troy was very patient with my 83yr.old father and I. He took the time to explain what and why and even saved us some money on a different plan so that we were able to add a line and 2 new phones. He is a gem. We will be back, especially when Troy is on.
