They want to quote you different prices over the phone and then charge you more later on. Just pick and choose what price you want to charge people and then not hold employees accountable even though it’s apparently on a recorded line. Makes sense for ATT 🤣

I received the worst customer service today and the store manager didn't take it seriously. He said he did appreciate the call but apologize or seemed concerned exactly which salesman it was.
