“I have had some serious issues w/my AT&T service recently. The team and especially the manager at this Store has gone above and beyond to attempt to get me into my AT&T App. We have not yet been successful but it has not been for lack of effort on their part. I would recommend this store to everyone. They have been pleasant to deal with and have remained patient and thoughtful throughout my 2+ week phone Dilemma. I will be taking all of my future business to them. They have been the best and saved me from completely losing my mind.”
“Just a WOW experience at the T-Mobile store on Drake in Kzoo. We started with Adam to help transfer mom and dad's phones from Xfinity to T-Mobile. He was able to do some magic to get the phone numbers transferred even though the previous (Xfinity) account had been deactivated. We had to return the next day due to something on our side and Chad worked with us for a couple of hours, getting new iPhones set up, Apple account details transferred over and everything set up for mom and dad. Exceptional patience, kindness, and helpfulness from both T-Mobile reps, but Chad went above and beyond. We were so appreciative of all the friendly help he provided and although it was a LONG process, he remained calm, smiled, and assured us he would figure it out. AND he did. Again, just WOW. Next up, transferring my 4 lines to T-Mobile.”

Seemed odd that it could not be determined whether this was possible prior to being charged.”
