Some cars are very clean, but others have had strong odors of smoke or pot, foul smells, and were covered in dog hair. The location of the rental counter is convenient.

Staff member Austin was excellent. He had good knowledge about the cars, was courteous, respectful, efficient, did a great job explaining the categories of car, and selecting a car with the features I was hoping to get. The car was clean and well maintained.

Adrian at Avis was handling Budget and Avis today and CRUSHED IT! Friendly, smart and super efficient. Unbelievable hospitality and customer service! Clone the man and give him a raise. He deserves it.

I travel a lot for work and I rent a lot from Kalamazoo Airport and I get the best customer service from Austin he always has a great attitude with all customers.
