Candlewood Suites Kalamazoo is a consistently outstanding and peaceful extended stay hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with plenty of room, featuring kitchenettes, dishwashers, and garbage disposals. Guests frequently praise the very friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful staff at the counter, who are accommodating and point out all the amenities. The lobby, hallways, rooms, gym, laundry, and grounds are noted as the cleanest. The hotel offers a free gym, laundry service, and fresh fruit, coffee, and tea. While a temporary stinch is sometimes noted in rooms, the overall experience is comfortable and amazing, with many guests stating it is the only place they will stay in Kalamazoo.
The hotel was in a nice area! It was really clean. They offer a pantry where you can buy food and drinks. They have a small workout room with weights, treadmill and lifting machine. They have free washer and dryer and supply laundry detergent forva cost. ( pods are $1 ea, small 1 use tide powder is $2) No pool.

The staff at check in were amazing and was able to swap my room at the last minute. The room is large, clean and comfortable.
