“So our other hotel was not able to give us the accommodations that we reserved so on a when we stopped in to see if they had a room I was met with an awesome person at the front desk. That employee, Max, quickly looked through and was able to help me and my family out. Max took a stressful and frustrating situation from a different brand hotel for my family and got us into a room right away. Thank you to Max at Radisson Plaza.”

“As someone who travels frequently, I’ve noticed that daily housekeeping has become a rarity since the pandemic. It was such a refreshing change to find that this hotel still provides daily service. This is the first hotel I ever stayed which was shared by two brands Home2 Suites and Hilton Garden. It is highly secured because of the neighborhood. I would not walk alone around this neighborhood.”
“The place was wonderful. This location is right off the interstate, a perfect location, and the employees were very friendly and helpful. To top it off, it was spotless! Very, very well maintained. I would recommend it 100 times over.”
“We were told eating places were close and in walking distance but they had to go a mile to get there! I went across the parking lot to eat. Stormy weather. I waited almost 2 hours for my hamburger to go. Our table was first ones in and last ones served almost 2 hours later. Not good for handicap people like me trying to get back before the next downpour was to come! Otherwise place and staff were great.”

“I was asked what made my stay at Red Roof so good. It is the things that always make my stay good. Clean rooms, hot showers, soft beds, friendly staff, and best of all, my fur kid stays for free. “Nice hotel near the stadium, the bar has plenty of options, bartender was even doing a little jog to service people haha. Hot tub and pool were nice, but did have hockey kids running around if that bothers you, I was unfazed as kids will be kids. Breakfast buffet was tasty, they were out of gluten free bread and bagels but I got plenty to eat. Also got room upgraded as a Bonvoy member. Would recommend 😎”
“Rooms are okay. They are clean but breakfast is too expensive for what they serve. You can go to Denny’s down the road and get better food. We had a non working refrigerator in our room but they did come to replace it. But left the broken one in our room taking up space instead of taking it with them.”

“Didn't stay because the room temperature was so cold when i came it and with winter temps just used a shower and left because never got warm enough and only needed a shower”
“I gave it 4 stars because I liked the breakfast. The rooms were a little outdated and somewhat noisy. It seemed that they put everyone on the same floor in rooms next to each other. The hotel was not full but they filled the floor I was on.”

“We had a great stay at the hotel! Collin greeted us at the front desk and was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He made a great first impression and was wonderful to interact with.
The breakfast was good and had plenty of options. My only suggestion would be to have a little more staff available during the busy morning rush. It seemed like the few women working were doing their absolute best, but they were stretched pretty thin trying to keep up with replenishing food, coffee, and silverware. They were all very kind and working hard, it just seemed like they could have used an extra set of hands.
Mornings are hectic for our family, so we found ourselves waiting several times for things to be refilled. That said, this felt much more like a staffing issue than an issue with the employees themselves. The women working were doing a great job with what they had.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the friendly service”
