“We were in town for a happy occasion- to adopt our new baby! We weren’t 100% sure how many nights we would need to book, and ended up needing to extend by another night. The hotel staff was immediately accommodating and gave us our previous room back right away. They even left us a complimentary bottle of bubbly in our fridge!
The hotel location is perfect, right downtown and easy to walk many places and a super quick <5 minute drive to the hospital, which was our purpose in booking this location.
I used the spa in the hotel to get a pedicure since we had a couple days of just eating around, and the services were excellent.
Also, the hotel is a convention center (it was not very busy or any obvious conventions going on while we were there) so there main facilities are quite spacious; lots of cozy places to sit and read or work.
We ate dinner at the Brick & Brine restaurant located inside the hotel, which was delicious.
Very convenient that there is also a Starbucks and a breakfast restaurant inside the hotel.
Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay in the area, it’s pricier than some other options but worth it in our opinion.”
“The hotel was in a nice area! It was really clean. They offer a pantry where you can buy food and drinks. They have a small workout room with weights, treadmill and lifting machine. They have free washer and dryer and supply laundry detergent forva cost. ( pods are $1 ea, small 1 use tide powder is $2) No pool.”
“I love this place. Great location. The hotel had a very nice citrus aroma. The double queen bed room was large + comfortable + 3 different pillow types. Very clean! Complimentary Breakfast service was excellent! I would stay here again.
It was a Monday and Bells Brewery was closed so we have a great, fairly-priced meal at walking-distance ROCA.”

“As someone who travels frequently, I’ve noticed that daily housekeeping has become a rarity since the pandemic. It was such a refreshing change to find that this hotel still provides daily service. Coming back after a long day to a freshly made bed and clean towels made a huge difference in my stay. Thank you for maintaining these high standards!”

Maintained and have swimming pool but I did not used it.
This is the first hotel I ever stayed which was shared by two brands Home2 Suites and Hilton Garden. It is highly secured because of the neighborhood. I would not walk alone around this neighborhood.”

“I was asked what made my stay at Red Roof so good. It is the things that always make my stay good. Clean rooms, hot showers, soft beds, friendly staff, and best of all, my fur kid stays for free. Always. And did I mention their very competitive pricing? If you take advantage of Redi Points or a booking service like Super+, you can stay in a great motel for off brand discount rates and you don’t get charged for your pet. Red Roof is the first place I look for when I travel. Well done.”
“Rooms are okay. They are clean but breakfast is too expensive for what they serve. You can go to Denny’s down the road and get better food. We had a non working refrigerator in our room but they did come to replace it. But left the broken one in our room taking up space instead of taking it with them.”
“We were told eating places were close and in walking distance but they had to go a mile to get there! I went across the parking lot to eat. Stormy weather. I waited almost 2 hours for my hamburger to go. Our table was first ones in and last ones served almost 2 hours later. Not good for handicap people like me trying to get back before the next downpour was to come! Otherwise place and staff were great.”
“We had a wonderful stay and truly have no complaints! From the moment we arrived, Jessie at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and helpful — she made check-in smooth and welcoming.
The rooms were very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We were traveling with a large group of friends who also stayed at the hotel, and everyone agreed they would definitely come back.
The pool was a big hit with the kids — they absolutely loved it! The breakfast options were also great, with plenty to choose from each morning.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!”

“The Delta is a beautiful hotel that smells amazing, excellent customer service. The rooms provide everything needed and they were very clean. The toiletries are great amenities they offer as well. I came down for breakfast and Brandy was very friendly. I ordered the steak and eggs and it was delicious. Cooked to perfection! Marriot will forever be my choice of hotel to stay in!”
“I gave it 4 stars because I liked the breakfast. The rooms were a little outdated and somewhat noisy. It seemed that they put everyone on the same floor in rooms next to each other. The hotel was not full but they filled the floor I was on.”

“This place was surprisingly good. Don't expect upscale and you will be most happy. Too much advertising about other IHG hotels and so-called membership on the web-site; the chain includes Kimpton and Inter Continental hotels, but also Holiday Inn. A real mix.”
