Candlewood Suites Kalamazoo is a consistently outstanding and peaceful extended stay hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with plenty of room, featuring kitchenettes, dishwashers, and garbage disposals. Guests frequently praise the very friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful staff at the counter, who are accommodating and point out all the amenities. The lobby, hallways, rooms, gym, laundry, and grounds are noted as the cleanest. The hotel offers a free gym, laundry service, and fresh fruit, coffee, and tea. While a temporary stinch is sometimes noted in rooms, the overall experience is comfortable and amazing, with many guests stating it is the only place they will stay in Kalamazoo.
We enjoyed our stay. The room was really nice and the staff was friendly. Was even able to have my nintendo switch connected to the wifi. If ever in the area again will definitely be staying again.

Dingy and dirty. Smelled bad. Definitely Not the candlewood I am used to.
