Went to the downtown Kalamazoo location yesterday and worked with Caitlyn on a couple things and she was amazing! She kept me informed every step of the process and was very helpful. She’s kind and personable and you can tell she loves her job and working with members. Thank you Caitlyn for all your help!

I am very pleased every time I’ve been to the HCU Connect Center. It is such a convenient location and the service is wonderful. Whether I’ve needed a signature notarized, a new card issued, or a personal loan, I am consistently met with friendly and helpful employees.
