While I appreciate and use their on line services, I prefer to visit the branch and have a face to face interaction with the staff. While I have visited pretty much all the branches and have had excellent attention and help in all of them, the staff at the Gull Road branch has a special place in my heart. Erica and Jazmine are so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Also Linda and Alyssa before they moved on to different positions within the organization were awesome to work with. My mother and I had to deal with an emergency situation involving our rent where for whatever reason our landlord (Concord Place Apartments/Edward Rose) made an unauthorized charge to our checking account that made our account almost -$1k. On top of it, we had paid our rent in full 2-3 days early and that payment got returned, so now we got hit with multiple NSF fees. Mitchell was very friendly, understanding, and helpful. He listened to our concerns, helped us freeze our checking account, explained procedures clearly, and made sure our situation was taken care effectively.”
