“Danielle, you really made my entire day. I got a new iPhone and somehow when I switched things over from my old one, there were a lot of errors. One major thing was that my business line that I use for work ( I am a solo practitioner) was not on my phone. That meant I was missing phone calls from clients as well as other attorneys. I panicked and I called Verizon and in that interaction somehow my phone was cut off. So I drove to Verizon. When I went in I almost left because I felt like no one cared to help but I saw Danielle‘s kind face. She approached me and offered to help me. She was patient and she fixed the problem. She even went as far as to call tech support to make sure she was doing it right. My second line is on my new phone and I also left with a new iPad, a new Apple Watch, and a pen for my iPad. Danielle is absolutely amazing and I am so grateful for her.”
