Monique remembered me and welcomed me back. she has been so patient and kind to my little one, plus she has helped me in some training or problems with Tucker. i wont go to another groomer!”
“We love Beth and Dog Dive ❤ I've been taking my oldest here for swim therapy for a while now. At 14, her swim days are the highlights of her week. She knows when my rash guard goes on, it's time to go see her buddy and get in the pool. Highly recommend bringing your senior dogs especially as it is such a relief to give their joints a reprieve from gravity with a fun activity they enjoy.”

“The staff is always super nice and deals with me coupon harvesting at the register! Pet food prices are increasing and they are always willing to make sure I have the best deals. Their delivery service is really nice and convenient.”
“I came in tonight because two cans of Intuition cat food had black spots all over it. I was worried it was mold so I asked to talk to a supervisor. Ethan came right up and we chatted for a second. He explained that this was actually a chemical reaction but still provided different cans for me to take home.
After doing my research, he is correct!
He handled the situation very well and had another employee, Hailey, there with him.
Both were very, very kind and understanding.
High praises as I am a manager myself.
