“They have nice fresh veggies and fruits , today first time I saw okra ( bhindi) though bit high priced but it’s nice they have them.
Store on West Main is really good though I am not sure of their replenishment times. If we need extra they do get from warehouse especially green veggies.”

“We recently switched over from Meijer because they no longer took our insurance. I thought it would be a pain, but had no idea how much FASTER the Walmart pharmacy would be. They are very helpful as well. Happy we made the switch!”

“Everyone at this pharmacy is skilled and efficient. Even when they are a little grumpy cause they are busy (which they have every right to be. Customer service workers aren't trained monkeys here for our entainment) they still do a great job at getting medications out quick. I like them.”

The pharmacist working when I was picking up prescriptions pronounced my last name correctly which was unusual, turns out that she previously used to work at Walgreens in Plainwell and used to see my mother all the time, she also said she worked with my cousin 10 years ago. It was a great experience.”

“I worked at Walmart for @10 years and for most if that time, I used their pharmacy mostly out of convenience. My mother used Gull Pointe and raved about the service. I switched over @12 years ago, and they still amaze me. I have a great time interacting with the staff; they are friendly and fun to joke with. On my last trip Anthony, Brooke, Leah, Carlee, Jasmine, Moe, and Melissa did nit disappoint. I will continue to recommend your services and sing your praises while doing it. “When Walgreens wouldn’t/couldn't fill my 2 year old grandsons antibiotic Prescription, and when I frantically went into Meijer Pharmacy at 7:50 p.m. and explained to C.J. (Carol) and LaQueta (not sure if that’s the correct name) that my grandson was sick and I desperately needed the prescription, Rachel the pharmacist heard what I was asking them to do, which I was sure was almost impossible- but they all said they’d help. Rachel called Walgreens to get the information, CJ entered all of my grandsons information into their system and within 10 minutes I had the prescription. I can not thank them enough for going above and BEYOND and for all three of them for staying over on their shift to help me. OUTSTANDING service!!!”

“Moni was AMAZING!! I had my prescription called in to the CVS on Michigan Ave and the pharmacist told me that he couldn’t fill my prescription and they were going to have to call the doctor in the morning. Then I asked him if I had two prescriptions and he told me there was only one. I called Moni at the Target and she said there were two prescriptions and that she could fill them both for me; it was close to closing time and she called me as soon as they were ready. I will never go to a different Kalamazoo CVS...this one has my business forever. Thank you!”

Our home pharmacy had to order so it wouldn't have been available until more than 48 hrs after the procedure. I called Walgreens on Gull Rd. The young lady who assisted me was polite and knowledgeable. She had the Rx faxed from our pharmacy to Walgreens, called me back immediately, and we picked it up under 2 hrs! THANK YOU!”

“I just got my test results back for my thyroid. My entire life I have struggled to barely maintain. My medication made me sick. My doctor didn't take me serious. I felt like I was constantly in a state of borderline heart attack. It was miserable. After multiple ER trips and getting incredibly frustrated and losing hope with my medical team, I switched pharmacies. I called you guys and asked you to transfer everything to you. A little while later I spoke with the pharmacist on the phone. She noticed my allergies and the medicine I was taking had a filler in it that contained my allergen. Within an hour she had approval from my doctor to change my medication to something she felt was more appropriate.
After 35 years of never feeling good and not even knowing it. I finally have near normal levels. I have lost 50 pounds without any change. The swelling in my face is almost gone. I have a job I love. I have a good relationship with my family now.
Ma'am, I wish I knew your name. You saved my life. You were THE ONE PERSON that caught the issue. The one person that said something and took the time to be thorough.
