Costco Pharmacy in Kalamazoo is highly praised for its helpful and courteous staff, with employees like Megan providing excellent customer service. The tire department is efficient and quick, with staff ready to assist and fix issues like flats on the same day. Customers appreciate the overall shopping experience, noting that the store is busy but well-managed, with prices that are hard to beat. Gasoline prices are especially low, making long lines worthwhile for significant savings. The store offers great deals on computers, cat litter, and other essentials, which keeps shoppers coming back. While the store can be crowded and rearranged often, customers find the prices and quality worth the inconvenience. The pharmacy’s customer service stands out, with staff being helpful and understanding, even when resolving issues with food items. Customers trust the quality of the food, like the roasted chicken, and appreciate the process of refunds if needed. Overall, Costco is seen as a reliable and friendly place to shop, offering good service, excellent prices, and a wide selection of products. The store’s helpful staff and competitive prices make it a favorite for many in the community.
Fast, friendly, and cheaper than any other local pharmacies we researched, for both human and pet medications. My only minor complaint is that I wish they had a drive through, but that's kind of opposed to the Costco model of getting you into the store. Will continue to use this place!
