“Amazed at how easy and simple it was to get a storage unit through them. Although I didn’t see a single employee, the gates are passcode protected with plenty of cameras throughout the facility. I didn’t opt for their locks but to my surprise, there was one already on (combination) and one (keyed) inside the unit. This definitely elevated my experience.”

“It was super easy to book my storage unit and when I needed to keep pushing the date back the customer service team there at the location was super helpful and very nice! The facility seems very well guarded as far as entry in and out. I have a 5 ft x 8 ft interior unit and walking into it seemed a little janky and not the most protected like the heavy steel doors you see on the outside. Makes me a tad nervous which is why I gave it four stars and not five stars. Guess we will find out! So far it's been easy breezy going in and out to move things in and I love the app. Overall very pleased and time will tell how the stability of the unit and security of the entire facility pulled out.”

“Today I went to the Portage Rd. U-Haul and Mika was an enormous help. I am moving all of the contents of my house and my business and did not make any sort of reservation. It is also the middle of a snow storm. Mika took care of everything for me; made sure all the ice was off the windows, made sure I had clearance to get the truck out of the driveway, made sure I knew how the lock worked. She went above and beyond when I REALLY needed it and I didnt have to ask for a thing. Thank you so much, Mika!”
