“The fastest and most courteous towing experience I've had in all my years of driving. Seeing that I was stalled in a rather unsafe location, the driver made it a point to quickly get my vehicle hooked up. Then, as we were pulling away from the area, he shook hands with me and introduced himself. What other towing company's drivers do that?”

The next day he met me at the lot to allow me to retrieve the items out of the totaled car, and he also helped carry and load up my car with the things. “Quick, friendly, local, and to the point. Competitive pricing for scrap cars with other businesses that aren’t based out of Kalamazoo.
I called Fabio using the BUC phone number, and we easily set up a time that would work. I had to get another license for the car, rescheduling was straightforward, we agreed on a date and time. When it came time for the car to get picked up, he let me know his ETA, and it took less than 20 minutes to get it out of my driveway. The only time we discussed the price was on the initial phone call, where he quoted “around $310” for my 2015 Hyundai Sonata. After he picked my car up, he asked me how much he had quoted me, and I had said “$300” as I was too timid to add the 10 I suppose. But, he came ready with a screwdriver after I asked if I could get help removing the license plate, so I didn’t mind.
