This was my first visit and impressed with staff’s professional and friendly advice and at no charge. I will not go back to the dealership and Zolman’s is now my go to for car repair.”

“I've been going to this same Uncle Ed's since I moved to Michigan about 7 years ago, and every time it was quick and easy, mostly due to the same bearded fellow taking care of business. I don't know his name but he's been there every time I go and he's been nothing short of friendly, efficient, and helpful to the point of bird-dogging parts from another store when time became an issue. Just want to shoot him some appreciation after close to a decade of service.”

“I've been to four different oil change shops in the last 45 years. Also I've been to three different dealerships and had oil changed there too. The Jiffy Lube out on West Main Street in Kalamazoo is absolutely the best oil change center I've ever been to in my life. Others were satisfactory most of the time but I did have trouble but each one of them including the dealerships. I actually look forward to coming to Jiffy Lube. Those guys are honest and of something needs changing I tell you and if it doesn't they show you that it doesn't. Also the supplies that they use including the the oils are top shelf. Also want to shout out to the workers down in the pit draining the oil and checking the important areas of the undercarriage. In my opinion they're unsung heroes. Please keep up the good work glad to see I've been dealing with the same guys for the last 3 years and they know me by name. That franchise is always clean and you can tell the licensed mechanics really know their craft. It takes a lot for me to trust somebody around a vehicle. Again I say I look forward to coming into that store getting my vehicle serviced. I trust them. I'll be back in 5,000 miles.”

“This location is always consistent and friendly. The staff are always friendly and inviting. As oil prices have increased so has the price of the oil change. If you get full synthetic don't be surprised if you drop around $100. Overall I prefer this location to the Portage Rd location where they aren't as friendly or helpful. Overall I would recommend RPM for a quick and friendly oil change.”
