“I drive by here 10 times per week, to and from work. I stopped once several years ago and wasn't impressed so I never went back until today because I needed to pick something up and there's not another gas station for several miles. It was NOT the same store from what I saw years ago. Come to find out, there's new owners. They were extremely friendly. They have FRESHLY made food so I decided to get 2 hamburgers for my husband and I. The were out of their big hamburger buns and let me know up front. They showed me what they had, which was a bag of off brand hamburger buns, which is what I buy for our home and frankly what I was expecting to get. I told them that was just fine. Placed my order and went outside to wait for it. Came back in and they said it would be a couple more minutes because they were MAKING FRESH HAMBURGER BUNS. When I tell you this was the BEST burger I've ever had, I mean it and I am a very good cook. They use fresh hamburger meat, not frozen patties. I looked back in the kitchen before I ordered to see it's condition. It was very clean and all the veggies were as fresh as they can get. Well worth the stop. Employees/owners were very friendly and went the extra mile. I will definitely be back. If you haven't been there since the new owners took over, you're missing out. My husband also said it was a "damn" good burger. He had to finish mine because it was too big for me. It also cost less than BK or McDonald's, which are just nasty burgers.”

“The customer service at this station is beyond compare. I was zipping along and forgot my wallet at the counter. The young man could have easily pocketed my cash and said he never seen it getting an easy wad of money for himself with no one the wiser. Yet he chose to be a good person and kept my wallet safe until I found it missing and returned to retrieve it. There are not many young men these days that are stand up like that young man is. I can not say enough good about how he saved my day by his simple actions.”

Also a fine cigar selection .As well as Pizza ? by the Slice from Nico's Pizza & Grinders ,which is hooked onto the store. Or u can order Whole pizzas with lots of yummy specialty ones, ? salads, wraps, Grinders, wings ( i think ), bread knots & ? cheesy Bread, andThe owners of Both Places ( Maher or Mark at ⛽️ Station) and ( Nico at Pizza Restaurant) are both Good Dudes , along with The Staff of Chloe , Rozz, Donna, ( sorry I don't know the 2 other guys names or the girl a Nicos on weekend ) lol.”

“This review is about an employee, the station is well stocked, & clean with competitive pricing but the young man, Tim I just encountered working the night shift was just a huge asset to your store! Incredibly polite & positive to everyone that walked in. He was stocking when I walked in and as I am writing this review in the parking lot he's at it again. From the brief encounter I had with Tim I would hire him in a heartbeat for my company. This man deserves a raise no matter what you're paying him now. He is exactly the type of person you want as the face of your store....even in his goofy mask!”

“The employee stocking the store after close was a life saver. We took Google Maps' word that the Shell station in Kalkaska was open 24 hours a day when our low fuel light came on while pulling our trailer (meaning we had about 25 miles left and nothing had been open in the previous 30 miles). It wasn't open, but driving back through town, we saw her in the store. She was kind enough to open a pump back up for us, let us fill our tank, and allowed us to finish the rest of our trip to Graying. Thank you so much!!!”

“Because I live close by I frequent this store a lot. The people are very accommodating in any way they can be. The restrooms are closed because of the BS pandemic so I am fine with it. The store is well stocked with the normal convenience store items as well as a small deli with some fantastic food choices.”
