She was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond by offering helpful recommendations for riding gear.

“Luai and crew are seriously the best mechanics in town. They’ve worked on mechanical and electrical issues with my 2009 Acura TSX, 2009 Honda CRV, and 2013 Subaru Crosstrek. They also helped with my fog lights and decals for my 2017 Raptor (see photos). Every time they’ve come through with excellent quality, fair prices and amazing communication. “Nowadays, finding honest, fair mechanics and collision experts is a rarity. I've had my fair share of people not keeping their word, sugarcoat a problem, or take advantage of me down on my luck. As soon as I met and spoke with Mr. Haitham however, I realized that I had met such a rarity, that he would deal with me fairly, as long as I dealt fairly back.
He understood my situation immediately and was honest with his assessment of my vehicle and what I was wanting (namely to get it functional and safe). His price was more then fair and he was more then happy to show me his work and what he had done to make sure I knew nothing had been done that wasn't a necessity.
In an incredibly hard, and stressful situation for me, I felt assured that at least in this it would be okay. The night and day difference of the vehicles state is impressive. I am incredibly grateful for the hard work, honesty, and efficiency of Master Tech. While hopefully I will not need their collision repair services anytime soon, I at least feel assured I will have a trusted place to turn to if I do.”
