“My wife and I had a great experience buying our refrigerator here. We have shopped by price in the past and have made the mistake of going with some of the Big box stores, this time we decided to go to a local business that was focused on service and quality. We ended up finding that as well as a great price on a new refrigerator. Marco was very helpful as I had no idea that refrigerators now are so much bigger than they were back in the day. That could have been a very costly mistake, as I learned that I needed and wanted a counter depth unit. The install process was smooth as well, there was a slight miscommunication about an item on the invoice, but they handled it immediately, and I will definitely be back!”
“Synergy Appliances fixed a leak on our LG washer this summer. Prior to contacting Synergy about the leak, another appliance company told us the leak was because we weren’t shutting the soap dispenser drawer all the way, and didn’t even bother to take a closer look. I appreciate that Martin with Synergy Appliances took the time to find the actual leak and fix it. It took a couple tries, but he figured it out, and I haven’t had any issues since! The cost of the repair was very reasonable, and he didn’t charge us for the extra visits to fix the issue. The person who answered the phone each time I called was very helpful too. Overall, great service!”
“Purchased a built in Jenn Air refrigerator, Jenn Air stove (gas & convection) with griddle and Jen Air hood. Very happy with the products and service and the appliances really gave our remodeled kitchen the look we were after. Great group of folks at Decker & Sons! Went back and bought a freezer for my mom. “We visited this store about 2 weeks ago. We were greeted by Gary Martin. Told him we needed time to look, as we had several appliances we were interested in. He gave us our space,( Thank You Gary ). After doing all my homework, we returned on July 30. It was Gary's day off, but he just happened to stop by the store about that time. He spent the next couple hours helping us. We purchased Washer, Dryer, Gas Range, and refrigerator. The store had a lot of stock. And our experience was good. I never shared my budget with Gary but, when we were done.... everything was well within our budget. Gary worked hard to get us quality brand appliances, good prices and all on his day off! Great working with you Gary. I'll be back for sure.”

She then referred us to a sales person to complete our transaction. Our sink was promised for the following day.
