“Francieszka always provides the best service, and I trust her implicitly. She is very patient, and I often call ahead to make sure she's available so that I can accomplish my tasks with confidence.
What another reviewer said is also true for me. Francieszka had two calls with the in-house service dropped right in front of me. She spent over an hour working on my phone because her representatives kept dropping her calls. She was very patient, repeatedly calling back and asking them not to hang up on her because we needed assistance. She is truly wonderful.

“By far the best shopping experience I have ever had bar none. The staff is knowledgeable, witty, charming, handsome and talented. The selection of products? Vast and varied. They offer promotional gaming contests, which I intend to dominate one day. Katie, the employee that assisted me, was practically aglow with positivity and helpful information. “My daughter and I were in today to switch her phone to a new one. From the moment we walked in we received excellent service. It appeared the young lady that waited on my daughter was newer or in training still (Erika) but she was so kind, friendly and helpful! Also, there was another young lady who must have been a manager/supervisor- she was helping train Erica as well as other employees and she was so helpful! She took her time to really help me and went out of her way. They were both friendly, prompt, answered all questions we had and delivered quality customer service. This place is 1000xs better then ANY other metro pcs I've been in. Other locations could learn a lot from these 2.”
