“Lowes is a great store with helpful staff. Be sure to say Hi to Ruth at the contractor desk checkout weekdaymornings. I think a lot of people shop here just because she is so friendly and personal.”

“Many thanks to the lady stacking shelves in the tile section! She not only found the extra boxes of tile we needed in stock, but helped get boxes far back on shelves. She made our shopping a 5 minute stop rather than having to hunt down extra products. However, finding correct stock in the bathroom fan section was a nightmare! Stock not in correct places, many boxes opened. A fan was purchased because it was the only option available to fit my needs, but the box had been opened. This does not instill any confidence that I have all the parts needed. When I asked the check out attendant to make a note on it, she merely looked at it and said, it looks like it's all there”

“I was lucky enough to find one of their advertisements for a shower, of all places, Facebook. I actually made the drive from just north of Columbus Ohio and I am glad I did. They had a great inventory and worked with me to get the shower unit I needed and at a cost well below the big box stores. Bob gave me a good deal for the shower I needed for my grandson with medical issues. I cannot say enough how great it was to deal with them. Thank you so much.”

“Great timely service. They did a great job supplying us the samples to decide on what laminate we wanted to buy. Would certainly recommend working with Pro Source for your flooring needs!”

“I recently bought a house a couple of months ago, so I’ve been visiting the Home Depot on 54th Street in Grand Rapids quite often. Every time I go, I have a great experience. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help, but I especially want to recognize Brian and Abby at the front desk. They are truly amazing! They always go above and beyond to help me find the products I need, answer my questions, and even assist with loading and unloading materials when needed. Their professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service make every visit enjoyable. It’s employees like Brian and Abby who keep me coming back. Thank you for making home improvement projects so much easier. I highly recommend this Home Depot to anyone!”

“I shop here a lot, mainly for tools and garden so I was kinda lost with today’s request, Jim in flooring was a great help to me. Unfortunately I needed a panini press today, and couldn’t wait for the next day-2 delivery. He was really nice and I hope to work with him in the future when that project comes around.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mr. Willis at the Home Depot flooring department was super helpful, very knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained our options clearly, and made the whole process easy and stress free. Thanks to his help, we were also able to set up a time for a flooring measurement. Excellent customer service, highly recommend asking for him if you need help with flooring.”

“I have been a loyal Depot shopper for at least 25 years. I worked at one for over 3 years a while back as a Pro Desk Manager and Key Carrying manager. I know "my store" well, so I can find everything quickly without help, unless something is bulky or too heavy. I always "enjoy" my trips to the Depot!”
