“I come in once or twice a year, max. Ed said Hi Ken today as I entered. The last time I was there was prior to MetroCruise 2015. How does he do that? Ed gave me good steering toward a specialized sanding disc to remove the finest scratches I put on a black TransAm. It saved repainting a hood.”
“If you are wondering what all the hype is about this paint store, it's simply because they are amazing. I brought a couple of paint chips in to get a 10 year old paint color matched. In a few short days it was ready. The color match was flawless! I couldn't tell a difference between what I painted and what was already there. I had to look from an angle to see the glare from the wet paint to see where it was and we're I still needed to paint. I am beyond impressed with this store. Great service, great quality paint and very knowledgeable. They also answered all of my questions about how to cover a couple of paint swatches that I had done on the wall.”

“Phenomenal experience!
I'm from out of town, and was having some issues with my bike. There were 2 parts specifically I was looking for, with no details about size/names.
I went into the store and Tyrese helped me first. He went above and beyond to not only help me find the part, but to put it on the bike seat (after I explained I didn't have any tools where I was staying). We were still troubleshooting the second part, when he suggested I come back and talk to Bill (who has extensive bike experience).
I rode back an hour later, and Bill was happy to help. He had me wheel the bike into the store, took a good look at it. And it turns out I didn't need to replace the second part - some areas just needed some tightening.
Everyone that helped was kind, helpful, and happy to help. And they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and were happy to problem solve things with me. Absolutely amazing experience.”
“I spoke with Ryan over the phone about a Sherwin Williams color match with O'Leary Ceramic Paint. The color is so new, it's not in the system ... but. Ryan went above and beyond and found he had already done a match for someone. I live near Grand Rapids but building near Lansing.
