“Great place, has alittle bit of everything. Workers always greet you, and are very happy to help. I know it’s a smaller place, but prices are ALOT higher than the other stores.”

“I cannot express how amazing Tracy in the paint department is. I needed a lot of paint for a big project, and she helped me so much over multiple days and visits with color, and finding creative options to get the paint I needed and at a fantastic price. Her level of customer service is something you cannot find anymore in most places. I will be back and will recommend her and Lumberjack to anyone who needs paint or stain.”

“I brought my grandpa who has some pretty bad vision loss here today. Jason the man who helped us was a serious blessing. He found the items for my grandpa (who is pretty picky) fast and with a very very great attitude. He noticed I was helping him navigate the store, pointed out a slope that was on the floor to make sure we seen it. Would 100% recommend this place”

“My go to place for gloves and other smaller things. Although they have a HUGE variety of awesome priced tools and other things needed for work or home projects. The woman who rang me up today was EXTREMELY kind. Made sure I have a flyer for their upcoming Black Friday sales, and was beyond polite. Great place to shop!”

“They used to have a wonderful return policy. But now a guy in there ask if you want store credit instead of getting your money back. A little ruthless if you ask me but besides that the store is great.”

“This is my go to home improvement store..always the most helpful people and the employees in each department actually know what they are talking about its not just some random person that can direct you to where something is but have no clue beyond that. Whenever I go in they always give the best recommendations and options and are beyond helpful”

“This place has been delivering the goods for me for 20 years at this point. I've made countless impulse purchases and I'm never disappointed. I've been using my Yeti cup for 10 years now. That's why I love this place, not just the stuff I need, but stuff I want. I went in today and they fixed the lot and are doing a nice remodel. I hope they stick around another 20.”

“Recently swung by Ace in St. Clair on Friday, July 3, 2026 and was greeted by perhaps the epitome of what Ace believes in, a helpful hardware folk. I don’t remember his name but when we walked in, he greeted us, asked us what we were looking and guided us to the aisle and location with perfection. I watched and heard him also interact with other customers, and I was just blown away by his top notch, dependable, trustworthy customer service. This man was literally incredible at his job and had a giant welcoming smile on his face. Just wanted to give you some feedback. This gentleman was a delight.”
