“I cannot express how amazing Tracy in the paint department is. I needed a lot of paint for a big project, and she helped me so much over multiple days and visits with color, and finding creative options to get the paint I needed and at a fantastic price. Her level of customer service is something you cannot find anymore in most places. I will be back and will recommend her and Lumberjack to anyone who needs paint or stain.”
“I brought my grandpa who has some pretty bad vision loss here today. Jason the man who helped us was a serious blessing. He found the items for my grandpa (who is pretty picky) fast and with a very very great attitude. He noticed I was helping him navigate the store, pointed out a slope that was on the floor to make sure we seen it. Would 100% recommend this place”

“Recently swung by Ace in St. Clair on Friday, July 3, 2026 and was greeted by perhaps the epitome of what Ace believes in, a helpful hardware folk. I don’t remember his name but when we walked in, he greeted us, asked us what we were looking and guided us to the aisle and location with perfection. I watched and heard him also interact with other customers, and I was just blown away by his top notch, dependable, trustworthy customer service. This man was literally incredible at his job and had a giant welcoming smile on his face.
