“I am over 70 years old and I have gotten many medications in the past. I do a lot of traveling so for convenience I used Walgreens at many locations. All of them were different as to how they processed my scripts. I have an excellent secondary co-pay also. They never wanted to go thru the time to process it for my financial benefit. Many of them just told me that my insurance only paid the certain amount which I new better. 85 percent of the time I had to wait for them to process it correctly. I switched to Meijers. When I picked up my meds, they made me wait for over 20 minutes or come back the next day for my secondary co-pay to be approved. Most of the time I just paid it out of pocket so that I wouldn't have to come back. CVS has their act together! They have been very helpful and professional in making sure it was done to my satisfaction.”
“Great place to get gas. The prices are great, and staff are there to help you if have any questions! Plenty of space to park, and room to move when you have too.”
“The employees of the BMC Pharmacy treat customers like family, very professional at the same time. There is even a Practicing Nurse on staff 2 days of the week which is very convenient. The hours are second to none, and I just can't find a complaint to hand up. They are all great that work there.”
“I left a 4 star because normally the experience shopping here is good. Today, I came thru and they have tons of manager special signs, two for $3 for their instant mashed potatoes. In front of every pack you lifted the sign up. It says how many ounces and what not. I get up to the counter. They ring up $4.69 a piece. Don't get me wrong. It is the family size. They would not honor the tag that's in front of every mashed potato. It rubbed me the wrong way. Not happy with the today's service.”

“Went to CVS PHARMACY inside Target to pick up a script my doctor ordered. They are very fast there at the Pharmacy. That's why I stay with them. I prefer them over Walgreens even though Walgreens is much closer to my home. It's all about Customer Service for me these days because most places don't have a clue to what that is in today's society. Everyone is rushed to get somewhere else because that is the society we live in now. Excellent service today at CVS in Fort Gratiot.”

“Shopped alone for the first time and was super nervous. The staff was beyond friendly, especially Gil who complimented my smile. He didn't even know I was smiling because I was nervous. Along with everyone else, who helped me find things and let me know when specific items would be back in stock. Would also like to note that this location was super clean, and open so no one's really bumping into each other. Getting a membership was worth it too!! Good bulky items for cheap and way less chaotic than Costco lol”

Tire needs for a few years now and each experience has been hit or miss. This most recent trip I was helped by James and Joanna who were both nothing short of incredible! I had a screw in my tire and they patched it up, even though it seemed unfixable at first! If I could schedule all of my tire needs around when they are scheduled to work, I would!”

“You know what? They do a really good job here. They have a solid selection of drugstore items from soft drinks to makeup to toys. They also have a photo development area that's slightly bigger than other places in town Been coming here for years to use the pharmacy. Have had some problems with the speaker system in the drive through. That might explain the subtracted star But otherwise a clean and highly usable place”

“Since Rite A8d has closed, all k y scripts have been transferred to 24th St Walgreens in Fort Gratiot. Started off a little shaky with orders being filled a couple days late, checkout service slow, and on of the clerks a bit gnarly but decent overall.”
