“I left a 4 star because normally the experience shopping here is good. Today, I came thru and they have tons of manager special signs, two for $3 for their instant mashed potatoes. In front of every pack you lifted the sign up. It says how many ounces and what not. I get up to the counter. They ring up $4.69 a piece. Don't get me wrong. It is the family size. They would not honor the tag that's in front of every mashed potato. It rubbed me the wrong way. Not happy with the today's service.”
“The employees of the BMC Pharmacy treat customers like family, very professional at the same time. There is even a Practicing Nurse on staff 2 days of the week which is very convenient. The hours are second to none, and I just can't find a complaint to hand up. They are all great that work there.”

“I am a regular costumer for 6 years. This is the best pharmacy and it is worth switching pharmacies if you are near enough. They answer every call. I called them like 5 times in an hour and they answered every call with same energy level. Their delivery is the best and are on time. “I don't normally have cause to visit this pharmacy. However this past weekend we were in the plaza where this location is and my very young sister had a fall that resulted in some bad scrapes. We went in only hoping to buy some bandages and rubbing alcohol, maybe use their chairs to fix kiddo up. NOPE! :) The pharmacist came out and when way out of her way to clean up and cover my very nervous and weepy sister. She was so patient and gentle with her. I am so grateful for the over and above help we received from this location. I imagine this is exactly the kind of care everyone can expect from such exceptional staff.”

“Shopped alone for the first time and was super nervous. The staff was beyond friendly, especially Gil who complimented my smile. He didn't even know I was smiling because I was nervous. Along with everyone else, who helped me find things and let me know when specific items would be back in stock. Would also like to note that this location was super clean, and open so no one's really bumping into each other. Getting a membership was worth it too!! Good bulky items for cheap and way less chaotic than Costco lol”

“Picking up a few items for the picnic this weekend. Great price on their tasty potato salad yummy. Produce prices are excellent $1.19 for a package of bananas, and less than two bucks for a couple bags of salad. All done use the Sam's club app checked out.”

By far this Kroger has the friendliest staff, is the most accommodating with substitutions when necessary, and hands down has the shortest wait time when picking up.
