“I left a 4 star because normally the experience shopping here is good. Today, I came thru and they have tons of manager special signs, two for $3 for their instant mashed potatoes. In front of every pack you lifted the sign up. It says how many ounces and what not. I get up to the counter. They ring up $4.69 a piece. Don't get me wrong. It is the family size. They would not honor the tag that's in front of every mashed potato. It rubbed me the wrong way. Not happy with the today's service.”
“The employees of the BMC Pharmacy treat customers like family, very professional at the same time. There is even a Practicing Nurse on staff 2 days of the week which is very convenient. The hours are second to none, and I just can't find a complaint to hand up. They are all great that work there.”

“I don't normally have cause to visit this pharmacy. However this past weekend we were in the plaza where this location is and my very young sister had a fall that resulted in some bad scrapes. We went in only hoping to buy some bandages and rubbing alcohol, maybe use their chairs to fix kiddo up. NOPE! :) The pharmacist came out and when way out of her way to clean up and cover my very nervous and weepy sister. She was so patient and gentle with her. I am so grateful for the over and above help we received from this location. I imagine this is exactly the kind of care everyone can expect from such exceptional staff.”

I had a screw in my tire and they patched it up, even though it seemed unfixable at first! If I could schedule all of my tire needs around when they are scheduled to work, I would!”
“After shopping around Sarnia for a dependable drug store, I found the one for me at Rexall Cathcart. The staff are consistently professional, organized, and attentive, even when the store is busy.
On one visit, I went in without my reading glasses and was having trouble reading the fine print on a product. The store manager took time out of her obviously busy day to help me go through it clearly. When I still felt a bit unsure, she kindly directed me to the pharmacy and introduced me to the pharmacist, who patiently answered all my questions.
I left feeling confident that I had purchased the correct product, and genuinely looked after. It really stood out as an example of a store where the staff take care of customers properly and work well as a team.”

“You know what? They do a really good job here. They have a solid selection of drugstore items from soft drinks to makeup to toys. They also have a photo development area that's slightly bigger than other places in town Been coming here for years to use the pharmacy. Have had some problems with the speaker system in the drive through. That might explain the subtracted star But otherwise a clean and highly usable place”
“Picking up a few items for the picnic this weekend. Great price on their tasty potato salad yummy. Produce prices are excellent $1.19 for a package of bananas, and less than two bucks for a couple bags of salad. All done use the Sam's club app checked out.”
“Went to CVS PHARMACY inside Target to pick up a script my doctor ordered. They are very fast there at the Pharmacy. That's why I stay with them. I prefer them over Walgreens even though Walgreens is much closer to my home. It's all about Customer Service for me these days because most places don't have a clue to what that is in today's society. Everyone is rushed to get somewhere else because that is the society we live in now. Excellent service today at CVS in Fort Gratiot.”
