“Outstanding customer serviceI ordered a dirt auger with 72 inch shank and an extension online I wasn't watching closely and the extension I ordered was not compatible. Eagle Tool noticed the problem and took the time to call me before filling the order to ask if I wanted the two parts to be compatible (Yes, I did), and corrected my order. I doubt anyone reading this has ever had a company take the time to make a phone call to ask you about your online order before filling it. Thank you Eagle Tool. (and the auger and extension worked perfectly for placing a low voltage line under my wide sidewalk).”

“We had a rusted out pipe in front of the catalytic converter that made for a rather noisy exhaust that I had fixed. Scotty explained the options and prices and time needed and we had him proceed. The whole visit took about half an hour and we were on our way with a nice quiet car. We would definitely recommend Scotty's shop for the services he provides. He's at the corner of Carpenter and Breitung Aves.”
