“My dad had been looking for a repair shop that could fix his sunroof on a 2009 Lincoln town car. The Lincoln dealer wouldn't touch it. Many of the local repair shops gave him outrageous quotes for the repair. Then we found Auto One Glass Lake Orion! The mechanic Thomas and the office manager Ken. They fixed the sunroof and repaired the drivers door electric lock for a very fair price.We found Auto One to be professional and upfront, and they honored their estimate. “Great customer service! Took my Kia Sportage in for some major repairs of my front bumper and dent in the fender. Was told I should get it back in 3-5 business days (like most collision places, they’re not opened on the weekends) from the day I drop off my car. I wasn’t expecting the parts to come in soon since my car was new, so parts were limited. But I got a call less than a week later that the parts were in and got my car back at the promised time. The bumper replacement was great! The fender seemed a little off but that didn’t really bother me. The painting under the driver handle seemed to have been stripped off for the color match to repaint the bumper and door but was never painted back on. I didn’t notice until about a couple days later as to why the door handle felt off. Other than that, the service was great, pricing was fair, and a good job overall!”

“This was my first time at this location, and it’s about 5 minutes from my house. Amazing staff and incredible experience!! I went through the car wash as usual but when I got to the end, and they were wiping down my car, the gentleman - Jerry was his name, told me to roll down my window. He said “go back through and tell them Jerry sent you - this car isn’t fully clean.” I’ve never had this happen to me at a car wash before, and trust me, I’ve gone home to find a not-so-clean car after my car wash several times before (never from Jax car wash though!). This just goes to show that Jax really cares about quality and customer service- and your employees do too! Thank you Jerry, I will definitely be back because of you!”
