“We recently needed to change the rear brakes, caliper pins, and other components on my vehicle. We called and received helpful info from the manager, Ken. Later that day we went to the store and were greeted by Daniel who was exceptionally helpful throughout our entire experience. He provided us with valuable information, helpful tips, had everything we needed, and helped us out a great deal. We had to return the next day for rotors (our old ones were too damaged to turn) and once again Daniel was super helpful, polite, and provided excellent customer service. We also talked with Ken and he also offered some helpful insight regarding what we were attempting to accomplish. Overall our experience was fantastic and we highly recommend the O'Reilly Auto Parts in Lake Orion. They totally went above and beyond - something that is rare these days. Thank you!”

“Great customer service! Took my Kia Sportage in for some major repairs of my front bumper and dent in the fender. Was told I should get it back in 3-5 business days (like most collision places, they’re not opened on the weekends) from the day I drop off my car. I wasn’t expecting the parts to come in soon since my car was new, so parts were limited. But I got a call less than a week later that the parts were in and got my car back at the promised time. The bumper replacement was great! The fender seemed a little off but that didn’t really bother me. The painting under the driver handle seemed to have been stripped off for the color match to repaint the bumper and door but was never painted back on. I didn’t notice until about a couple days later as to why the door handle felt off. Other than that, the service was great, pricing was fair, and a good job overall!”

“I was worried about the quality and fit of an aftermarket convertible top for my 2014 Mustang GT, but Dale tolerated my many questions and convinced me to let them install an EZ-ON brand top to replace my OEM top. The new top looks and fits great, so I'm glad they saved me several hundred dollars.After getting a quote from a local trim shop in Farmington Hills who told me they could get my top "in two to three weeks", I found out I could get one myself in two days, so trust was broken already. I searched for a reputable trim shop and found Paul's. Dale provided a fair quote on-the-spot and said they can get the job done in two days. They hit that target, and I'm very happy with their service. The top also comes with a 3-year 36,000 mile warranty.This company is very knowledgeable, confident and professional. I will drive the 30 minutes to their shop for any trim service, every time.”
