“My second go to in lake orion for auto parts. Usually has the parts that Autozone doesn't carry. I really wish there was a O'Reilly app for parts search like autozone and advanced auto both have.
I'm giving a 4 star because one of the sales people was extremely rude during an attempted return. I purchased a 4 way lug wrench that broke on its first use.. I didn't have the receipt and I guess he couldn't find the purchase on my account, but they had another one in stock and he wouldn't just exchange it. I DIDNT want the money, I just wanted a non faulty tool. I guess I understand his point of view, but for as much money as I spend there, and as much business as i give them (i own 3 vehicles with over 200K+ miles on them) I was extremely displeased to be treated like a criminal and recieve such an attitude over a 20 dollar tool that could have been easily exchanged, uea it might have taken a but more paperwork or effort on thier part, but would have been a very simple one time show of appreciation on thier part.. Personally, this is the reason Autozone is my first go to.”

“Personally, always a great time at U-Pull!!! Actually this trip was probably my fastest in and out experience, got signed in, the desk helped me locate a vehicle in the yard, when I found the correct aisle, there was the vehicle and literally perfect working conditions, no rusted bolts (this time!) Had my intake manifold in 15 mins and at the registers!!! Always recommend these guys, & I will always keep returning when I need to!”

“Came here yesterday for busted glass on my passenger side mirror. Not only was service extremely prompt as they were able to take me right away, hardly a wait despite the fact they were quite busy, but very thorough service with multiple personnel inspecting and discussing the issue and repair solution. Everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly and kind, and they are clearly a knowledgeable, cohesive, and cooperative team that works well together. I was expecting to have to wait around all day, and then again for a second appointment to actually get the repair done. Imagine my surprise when they told me they had the part in stock, and they could make the repair straightaway. I was probably only waiting in the lounge for 30 minutes before they came in to tell me the job was done. Quick, quality work, excellent customer service, and a fair price too. Exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to return here if needed and would definitely recommend.”
“I took my car to Velocity Garage because my doors had apparently decided they no longer wanted to be attached to the rest of the vehicle. 😅
The team worked their magic, and now my doors open, close, and line up so perfectly that I'm pretty sure they're better than when the car left the factory. They treated my car like it was their own, kept me updated throughout the process, and delivered outstanding craftsmanship.
I was half expecting my car to come back with a therapy bill for the emotional trauma... instead it came back looking fantastic.
If you're looking for honest people who do top-notch collision and mechanical work, this is the place. My car is happy, my wallet survived, and my doors have officially retired from their brief career as interpretive art.
