“My second go to in lake orion for auto parts. Usually has the parts that Autozone doesn't carry. I really wish there was a O'Reilly app for parts search like autozone and advanced auto both have. I'm giving a 4 star because one of the sales people was extremely rude during an attempted return. I purchased a 4 way lug wrench that broke on its first use.. I didn't have the receipt and I guess he couldn't find the purchase on my account, but they had another one in stock and he wouldn't just exchange it. I DIDNT want the money, I just wanted a non faulty tool. I guess I understand his point of view, but for as much money as I spend there, and as much business as i give them (i own 3 vehicles with over 200K+ miles on them) I was extremely displeased to be treated like a criminal and recieve such an attitude over a 20 dollar tool that could have been easily exchanged, uea it might have taken a but more paperwork or effort on thier part, but would have been a very simple one time show of appreciation on thier part.. Personally, this is the reason Autozone is my first go to.”

“I wish I could express more of my gratitude to everyone at Clarkston Auto Body, especially Bob and Matt! Needed a new tailgate for my truck, a relatively small job, with not a lot of profit margin for the company. The amount of time and effort Bob and Matt put into my job was remarkable. Bob was able to track down a custom/rare decal for the job, while Matt did everything he could to get me the best deal on the tailgate. It is so rare to find a company that will put this much effort into making their customers satisfied. I pray I don’t need to use them again, but if I need the work, they are the only company getting my business. They deserve all my gratitude. Thank you all again!”

“I’m literally standing in the waiting area and I had to write a review now because I’m just amazed at how awesome they are here. Sooooo fast and kind and helpful. I’m going to recommend them to everyone. We came for one tire on another car, it was done and back in my car before I could even finish a coffee. And then we noticed another tire was low on the car we brought. So they grabbed it and are fixing it now.”

“I was at the point of having to sell my Camero because I couldn't find anyone to fix the bent frame of my convertible top. Thankfully someone recommended Paul's! They took on the challenge and were honest and helpful through the whole thing. They even brought up insurance which I didnt think was an option for this issue but it was and saved me money in the long run. My top is now perfect and works wonderfully. They are truly helpful and knowledgeable guys. Thank you!”

“Super knowledgeable and friendly! Went here on neighbors and family recommendations. So happy I did. I was definitely impressed with they asked me if I wanted to see the old part that was replaced and explained what was wrong! Not once in my 38 years of driving has any mechanic offered that up! I'm all about independent local businesses with great reputations. Definitely recommend! Fairly priced too! Great job gentlemen!”

Actually this trip was probably my fastest in and out experience, got signed in, the desk helped me locate a vehicle in the yard, when I found the correct aisle, there was the vehicle and literally perfect working conditions, no rusted bolts (this time!) Had my intake manifold in 15 mins and at the registers!!! Always recommend these guys, & I will always keep returning when I need to!”

“Unless your vehicle is still under warranty don't ever take your car to the dealership for diff issues. Learn from my costly mistake. The guys at Ring and Pinion got my truck done in one day for a reasonable price and so far it's working like brand new. In my book that's about all you can ask for. Well done R&P Shop.”

“We called ahead on a used vehicle and requested additional pictures before I drove out there. Amy quickly got me all the requested photos and was even willing to let me put the vehicle on a lift when I came out for a test drive. Ultimately we never purchased the vehicle, but Amy went above and beyond for us!”

“I took my car to Velocity Garage because my doors had apparently decided they no longer wanted to be attached to the rest of the vehicle. 😅 The team worked their magic, and now my doors open, close, and line up so perfectly that I'm pretty sure they're better than when the car left the factory. They treated my car like it was their own, kept me updated throughout the process, and delivered outstanding craftsmanship. I was half expecting my car to come back with a therapy bill for the emotional trauma... instead it came back looking fantastic. If you're looking for honest people who do top-notch collision and mechanical work, this is the place. My car is happy, my wallet survived, and my doors have officially retired from their brief career as interpretive art. Highly recommend Velocity Garage!”
