“My second go to in lake orion for auto parts. Usually has the parts that Autozone doesn't carry. I really wish there was a O'Reilly app for parts search like autozone and advanced auto both have.
I'm giving a 4 star because one of the sales people was extremely rude during an attempted return. I purchased a 4 way lug wrench that broke on its first use.. I didn't have the receipt and I guess he couldn't find the purchase on my account, but they had another one in stock and he wouldn't just exchange it. I DIDNT want the money, I just wanted a non faulty tool. I guess I understand his point of view, but for as much money as I spend there, and as much business as i give them (i own 3 vehicles with over 200K+ miles on them) I was extremely displeased to be treated like a criminal and recieve such an attitude over a 20 dollar tool that could have been easily exchanged, uea it might have taken a but more paperwork or effort on thier part, but would have been a very simple one time show of appreciation on thier part.. Personally, this is the reason Autozone is my first go to.”
“Steve J. was remarkably fast getting from Waterford to the south part of Baldwin Rd. in Lake Orion! Only took him 15-20 mins. on what could’ve easily been a 30-60 min. arrival time! Talk about efficiency!! Our broken down 300 made it home safely thanks to him! All within an hour too!! Can’t beat that quality!! Would definitely recommend him for any of Waterford Collisions utility services! Well done!”

I recently had an argument with a parking garage - Garage 1, RAM 0. I took my truck to G.C. because I don't trust anyone else to do the work since I'm that picky. They kept me the know with daily updates, photos of progress, etc. and returned my truck quickly and you can't even tell where it was damaged. Dan runs a tight ship, and you can tell everyone of his employees respect him by doing exceptional work.
Another job well done! G.C. has always been my go to body shop, and they made my '23 RAM look better than new by replacing, painting the front bumper and drivers side front wheel flare.
For many years I've trusted G.C. and I'm always pleased with the result. Attention to detail - great! Quality of work - great! Dan has some big shoes to fill, but I can say he's off to a great start.”

Actually this trip was probably my fastest in and out experience, got signed in, the desk helped me locate a vehicle in the yard, when I found the correct aisle, there was the vehicle and literally perfect working conditions, no rusted bolts (this time!) “Just had my car fixed at AAuto Point Collision after having my whole tailgate and bumper bashed in by someone who wasn't paying attention. I am so glad I chose A Auto. “Came here yesterday for busted glass on my passenger side mirror. Not only was service extremely prompt as they were able to take me right away, hardly a wait despite the fact they were quite busy, but very thorough service with multiple personnel inspecting and discussing the issue and repair solution. Everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly and kind, and they are clearly a knowledgeable, cohesive, and cooperative team that works well together. I was expecting to have to wait around all day, and then again for a second appointment to actually get the repair done. Imagine my surprise when they told me they had the part in stock, and they could make the repair straightaway. I was probably only waiting in the lounge for 30 minutes before they came in to tell me the job was done. Quick, quality work, excellent customer service, and a fair price too. Exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to return here if needed and would definitely recommend.”
“Very happy with the seat bolster repair they did on my F150. Great customer service, they found me a fabric that was identical to the discontinued fabric in my truck. Dropped it off in the evening, and they had it done by the next day in the afternoon. Seat looks great and is now significantly more comfortable. Would definitely recommend.”
