I have been wanting to invest in a good pair of shoes for walking and hiking, but was afraid to take the plunge and make a purchase that big on shoes and not be sure if they would fit correctly. The woman who helped me (I don’t remember her name) Was extremely patient and asked me lots of questions. She watched the way I walk and pulled out a ton of different shoes for me to try until I found ones that felt right and supported me in the correct way. As a plus size hiker, who has larger feet, I felt very comfortable getting help from her because she was very patient! I will definitely be back when I’m ready to purchase another pair.”

Ken was patient & accommodating and he made excellent suggestions for our needs. There is definitely a feeling of personalized customer service that is not available in big box stores. We drove 40 minutes to get here & will do it again.”

“We came here for some back to school shoes. They had a very nice selection of Dr. Martens. They also carry a lot of the other popular brands and styles. The individual here set aside the shoes for my child and I was able to go pick them up easily. She was kind, friendly, and very helpful. They also had the care accessories, which I declined at that moment, to take care of the leather. Even though I did not purchase those products, they will be there in case we need them in the future. I also like that they have the trendy items of the moment, when purchasing items for the kids I like to know where to get them for gifts and such. Lastly, I was told their return policy is for one year as long as the shoes are not worn outside the home. That gives us time to make sure the shoe fits since I was not present when they were selected.”
“I always walk by this place and never thought of walking in until my daughter was begging to buy her some so I decided to go back and check this place out. At first I was skeptical about crocs then the workers there explained how they were comfortable, easy to clean and easy to put on which was great info especially when my daughter doesn't even know how to tie her shoes. I would definitely recommend this place especially of the customer service.”
