“A relative of mine had gone here previously with a prescription and the staff was so lovely and helpful I decided to go here to see if I could get some work shoes. I'm on my feet a lot and hadn't before had the money to splurge on new shoes and socks that actually fit. The woman who helped me was so wonderful, she paid attention to me even when the store was busy, walked me through how shoes are sized and measured my feet, and even helped me pick out some arch-supporting socks. I found the perfect shoes and socks that fit both my needs and my company's dress code. I really wish I had gotten the name of the lovely staff member who helped me so that I could get her help again when I go back. My feet and legs feel a lot better and I feel a lot less fatigued at work, so thank to the woman who helped me and to all the staff at Hanson's!”

“We have never shopped here before this week but had a great experience and found excellent items. Despite being a smaller store, they have a lot of product. Really great shoes, shirts with contrasting cuffs and blazers. We ended up with 6 pairs of shoes because they were comfortable (some even had a memory foam insole), stylish and were very fairly priced. The range of customers while we were there was very diverse. Some beautiful Italian shoes too. Best of all was the phenomenal service that we received!”

“Within 4 days of wearing new orthopedic shoes, the heels on one one pair had worn to the base of the heel, so I took that pair and two others to Tony's shop. He had time that day to add heel protectors to all 3 pair as I waited. Few shoe soles or heels are rubber now, so they wear down quickly! If you don't protect the heels (or sometimes the toe area), you end up pitching them into the garbage even when the rest of the shoe is fine. I have found it is best to have a shoe repair shop add these small rubber protectors right after you purchase the shoes. This will keep them in good condition for a long time. Tony and his wife give helpful advice and stock a number of shoe polishes or creams that also help to preserve your shoes. If the shoes are comfortable, they are worth protecting! I'm glad I found this little shop that this nice couple has run for in the same place on Dixie Hwy. for 40 years!”

She helped us on a what seemed impossible mission after an odd phone call to the store and customer service online, talking about our defective boot. She solved the day with one phone call to the store manager I assume. Great, valuable, quick problem solving employee. Shannon did all the hard work, while remaining postive and had a smile on her face during the time she assisted us. We’re happy she put herself in “our boots”!”

“I think this is the best shoe store that I and my grandmother have ever been to before! The man who runs the store was very patient while we picked out shoes, and fitted us for with excellent shoes. My grandmother was so thrilled with the shoes that she ended up walking out of the building on one of the pairs, and then decided she wanted another identical pair, which were brought out to the car for her by the salesman since she has issues walking. I got a pair of matching shoes and I think they are the best shoes I've every worn! We will be coming back for sure!”

“We came here for some back to school shoes. They had a very nice selection of Dr. Martens. They also carry a lot of the other popular brands and styles. The individual here set aside the shoes for my child and I was able to go pick them up easily. She was kind, friendly, and very helpful. They also had the care accessories, which I declined at that moment, to take care of the leather. Even though I did not purchase those products, they will be there in case we need them in the future. I also like that they have the trendy items of the moment, when purchasing items for the kids I like to know where to get them for gifts and such. Lastly, I was told their return policy is for one year as long as the shoes are not worn outside the home. That gives us time to make sure the shoe fits since I was not present when they were selected.”

“My daughter loves Vans, we have so many of their products. This is a nice store because it is an outlet with some good discounts, and they carry their current line as well. My child wanted the classic black and white checkered platforms which were not in stock at the other malls. While they offered to ship them to us, she found them here in stock. They were not discounted, which is fine, but they did have a nice buy one get one half off on the discounted styles. So this is a great place to find some nice clothes and shoes you might have missed out on at the regular locations. I also like the Vans return policy. If you do happen to buy the products online and you are not satisfied, you may bring them back to the store instead of shipping them back. That makes me more likely to do an online purchase since mailing items back is such a hassle.”

At first I was skeptical about crocs then the workers there explained how they were comfortable, easy to clean and easy to put on which was great info especially when my daughter doesn't even know how to tie her shoes.
