The woman who helped me (I don’t remember her name) Was extremely patient and asked me lots of questions. She watched the way I walk and pulled out a ton of different shoes for me to try until I found ones that felt right and supported me in the correct way. As a plus size hiker, who has larger feet, I felt very comfortable getting help from her because she was very patient! I will definitely be back when I’m ready to purchase another pair.”

Ken was patient & accommodating and he made excellent suggestions for our needs. There is definitely a feeling of personalized customer service that is not available in big box stores. We drove 40 minutes to get here & will do it again.”

“I was at the store today and I was having trouble finding the right shoes. An employee named Meralis helped me and she didn't rush me. She was also helping other people including speaking in Spanish to them, it was nice to see that she was able to help them given that they couldn't speak English well. I ended up getting two very nice pair of shoes and she was critical in me figuring that out since I'm not a very good shopper.”

“We came here for some back to school shoes. They had a very nice selection of Dr. Martens. They also carry a lot of the other popular brands and styles. The individual here set aside the shoes for my child and I was able to go pick them up easily. She was kind, friendly, and very helpful. They also had the care accessories, which I declined at that moment, to take care of the leather. Even though I did not purchase those products, they will be there in case we need them in the future. I also like that they have the trendy items of the moment, when purchasing items for the kids I like to know where to get them for gifts and such. Lastly, I was told their return policy is for one year as long as the shoes are not worn outside the home. That gives us time to make sure the shoe fits since I was not present when they were selected.”
“I bought some shoes here last year on sale and my daughter has been drooling over them and wanting a pair of her own. So this year I went in there again to get her her own pair which is a match to the pair I have and got myself a second pair for $12 which is such a great deal because I am wearing those shoes every day all day.”

Agnes and Natalie were very kind and helpful. Natalie took time to process my return and helped me with what I was keeping. I appreciate their kindness and time. Thank you Ladies! I will be back to shop.”
