“I came here looking for the Pistons Teal Horse hat since this was literally the only place that had them. “My family and I went there the other day, we are a lot, and we all needed to buy shoes so we got at least 7 pairs, we would’ve gotten more but the kids wanted to leave. Tony there was incredibly helpful to us, helped my kids and I, and was just so kind, he even started speaking in Spanish to us, we are Spanish speaking. The shoes we got were so affordable, for everything we got we spent a fair amount, even less than we expected because the discounts were great. Will for sure be coming back”

“This was my first time at this store. I was there shopping with my adult daughter, looking for a birthday gift for her. I was surprised that they had menswear. The clerks were very polite and respectful. I found a nice golf shirt to buy. My daughter was happy with the pants she found.”
“Note this location is no longer called Villa. Looks exactly the same inside.. Same stuff. Not much of a selection for women which is why i gave 4 stars. Caters to men and kids. Good deals on clearance. Worth stopping by to see what they have. Grabs some Nikes for my daughter and she had to get a mens shoe but i didnt see anything i liked. UPDATE:
BEEN TWICE IN LAST 2 WEEKS. SERVICE SUCKS. TEENAGE STAff STAND AROUND GOSSIPING DONT OFFER TO HELP I HAD TO GRAB THE SHOES I WANTED AND GO FIND SOME ONE TO GET THEM. I SPENT OVER 200 BUCKS. LIKE THE STORE BUT PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF. NO ONE GREETED ME OR CAME TO SEE IF I WANTED ANYTHING. TOO MUCH GOSSIPING, 3 GIRL STAFF STOOD NEXT TO US GABBING AND SAID NOTHING TO US BUT ACTED IRRITATED WE INTERRUPTED THEM TO BUY SHOES FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER. WENT BACK NEXT WEEK TO GET THE DUNKS I WANTED AND I HAD TO SEARCH FOR YOUNG MAN WORKING AND TAKE THE SHOES OFF THE WALL TO HIM TO GET THEM. DO BETTER.”

Sir, you are an Awesome sales associate.
This man answered the phone with respect and Grace. He gathered the information on the product I was searching, (copper compression socks) and he didn’t hesitate to go out to the floor to make sure that he had some in stock, before I made the trip up to the store. He did have what I was looking for.. and he was kind to put my name on both pair, so they would be waiting at the cashier station for me to make my purchase.
