The woman who helped me (I don’t remember her name) Was extremely patient and asked me lots of questions. She watched the way I walk and pulled out a ton of different shoes for me to try until I found ones that felt right and supported me in the correct way. As a plus size hiker, who has larger feet, I felt very comfortable getting help from her because she was very patient! I will definitely be back when I’m ready to purchase another pair.”
“I recently saw an ad for a very nice brace of shotguns Orion Outdoors Company had listed for sale. I was not familiar with this company. It was over the weekend, so I called and left a message. I received a call back promptly, and the person was helpful. He answered the questions he knew, and told me he would contact me after getting answers for my other questions. Drew Lieske, the CEO, called me back promptly with answers to ALL my questions. He clearly knew what he was selling, which is not easy to find today. We made a deal with Drew for both shotguns, which I think was fair for both me and the seller, and the guns were packed carefully and shipped VERY promptly. Everything was as described, and I could not be happier with the transaction. I look forward and sincerely hope to work with Drew and his crew again soon! Great place to do business, and they lend credence to the term Professional!”

BEEN TWICE IN LAST 2 WEEKS. SERVICE SUCKS. TEENAGE STAff STAND AROUND GOSSIPING DONT OFFER TO HELP I HAD TO GRAB THE SHOES I WANTED AND GO FIND SOME ONE TO GET THEM. I SPENT OVER 200 BUCKS. LIKE THE STORE BUT PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF. NO ONE GREETED ME OR CAME TO SEE IF I WANTED ANYTHING. TOO MUCH GOSSIPING, 3 GIRL STAFF STOOD NEXT TO US GABBING AND SAID NOTHING TO US BUT ACTED IRRITATED WE INTERRUPTED THEM TO BUY SHOES FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER. WENT BACK NEXT WEEK TO GET THE DUNKS I WANTED AND I HAD TO SEARCH FOR YOUNG MAN WORKING AND TAKE THE SHOES OFF THE WALL TO HIM TO GET THEM. DO BETTER.”
