“When my car wouldn’t start, I took it to Car Aid in Shelby. After they replaced the starter motor and a battery cable, the car started fine — but once I drove home, it wouldn’t start again. When I had it towed back to Car Aid, they said they needed to charge another $450 just for further diagnosis and couldn’t tell me how much the repair would ultimately cost.
So, I had the car towed to South Street Auto Care instead. They quoted $850 for diagnosis alone, also with no clear estimate for the actual repair — even more expensive!
Finally, I brought my car to Bill’s Automotive. They diagnosed and fixed the problem for only $217.01. How can you beat that?”

“I have to say I was a bit worried I’ve never spun out before. These guys were on it!!! Originally the tow truck driver could not get an actual location . Then one said I was on Dixie the next said I was in holly etc. the dispatcher stayed on the line with me the entire time maybe because I was a single female or maybe just her professionalism. The driver was a very nice guy, very professional. Told me exactly what to do and what he was going to do every step of the way. ! Would give them a solid ten and if ever needed I would use them again!!!9”

“Absolutely AMAZING service all around from Adlers towing! My car broke down on my way to work around 10:00pm I called for a tow from another company, waited a couple hours and they never showed up. I called Adlers and they were so polite and understanding on the phone. Called me back a couple times with ETA’s and arrived in less than an hour. Jon, the tow driver was so nice and friendly. He had my car and myself back home safely and quick. And offered his warm truck for me to wait in as he was loading up my car. Thank you so much for your fast, warm and friendly service. Being stranded in the cold in Pontiac at night isn’t ideal, but you all made it right!”
