“Great people to work with!!!
I rented a car hauler for 2 days, but only needed it for 1. Corporate charged me for the 2 days because I returned it 20 minutes late (over night drop). This location was able to correct that and get the charges adjusted/corrected.
I will definitely do more business with them in the future. It was a pleasure!
Thank you U-haul Clarkston staff. ??”
“Wonderful U-Haul. They have everything you need for your move, boxes tape etc. Very reasonable priced. The staff was very friendly. I love the fact they text you when your Ubox is being delivered and picked up. They give you a window for delivery time and pick up times. You can track your ubox progress to your neq destination, which is amazing so you know when it will arrive. They even have storage garage which is monitored by camera for safety and security. Definitely use them for moving in near future.”
“I have rented U-Haul trailers from Clarkston Budget Storage on several occasions over the last few years, staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They get me hooked up and on the road quickly.”

“The gentleman at C More Self Storage was knowledgeable and friendly. I would do business there again and recommend it to everybody. Facility was the cleanest and nicest I experienced.”
“I can’t remember the gentleman’s name but he was very attentive and assertive he was also very nice. This place is a break away from the busy Uhual rental places. He also has two pretty cool cats there. A great experience great customer service service I can’t say enough..”
“Easy pickup and drop off. Staff were helpful. Everything was excellent. Very efficient. Samuel was helpful and answered a couple of questions I had about max load and tiedowns. I’ll be back.”
“Process was simple and easy. I added additional moving supplies 1 hour before my pick up and they had it loaded in the truck and ready when I got there. Well prepared and nice staff.”

“I recently dropped off a one-way Penske Truck Rental at this location. The gentleman that assisted me was very professional, checked the truck in and had me on my way within 10 minutes. It was a positive rental experience and many thanks to all!”
“Initially had a bad experience as we were given a truck that didn't work out. Thankfully our experience was fixed by the manager James! He made our experience so much better. Truly a kind and sweet person! Despite the issues we experienced with the truck, the customer service was so good i'd recommend this place regardless.”
“Rented a cargo van for a business delivery. Clean, smooth ride, friendly folks at the counter. The Speedway across the street made it easy to refuel before returning.”
“Alexis really helped me resolve an issue that really really had me upset she got it taken care of very promptly and really treated me with respect and was very understanding of my situation I really appreciate that!”

“Friendly staff! Awesome service! We were in and out. The truck we reserved wasn't back in time so they took care of us and had us in another truck in no time. Definitely recommend Orion Rental!”
