“The assistant manager Jayme was amazing. She was patient, personable and very helpful. She made sure I left with everything I came in for- no hidden fees or surprises, she was upfront about it all. I left with the storage unit I went in for and didn’t spend any more $ than planned thanks to her. She made sure to provide me with tips and tricks to ensure my belongings remained safe and clean while in storage.
The storage unit was very clean and secure. I appreciate needing a code to enter the premises. I felt safe loading my storage unit late at night. I’m thankful knowing I have a safe place to store my belongings.”

“I have had a unit here for about 3 years. It was originally supposed to be a short term option but over the years we have kept it as an extra garage for storage that we don’t use on a day to day basis. However this bill is not always at the forefront of our minds and often gets forgotten. April in the main office has been so helpful! She calls and gives us kind reminders so we don’t get hit with late fees. She is so accommodating and her passion for her customers is unlike any other. She’s a great to speak with and always willing to work with us to get us back on track! Go April! Keep shining just as you are.”
“I rented a storage unit at Lambertville Mini Storage on Lewis after selling the house. The units are very clean and easily accessible. I rented the unit for 2months and found a new home. I was able to move everything out of the storage unit easily, and the cancelation of the rented unit was very easy. The people at the front desk are extremely nice! Highly recommend if you need a secure place to store your items!”

“I am a new customer, but based on my experience so far I highly recommend. I needed something on a rush and Mike was able to accommodate us. The storage unit was very clean. The customer service was excellent. He even told me upfront that the spot he had available was facing the south sun so it would heat up in case that was a problem. Also mentioned the unit was open waiting for the door to be serviced before he rented it out. However we needed in the same day so that wasn’t an issue for our needs. I just appreciate his honesty and he told us that before we went out. Since we didn’t need in and out of it for awhile it was fine. The prices are good and the service is excellent. Thank you”
“Awesome people they work with you and are caring and understanding but if you are storing for long term suggest you get mouse traps etc ruined 3/4 of my stuff rating high strictly for staff and ease of use 24 hr access”
“Update - Lightning Lockers made it right! It took a few more months, but Lightning Lockers fulfilled the promise to replace the lockers. They did a better job of wrapping and packing the lockers and they were delivered in pristine condition. The lockers were delivered again by Roadrunner freight which I suppose they had no choice but to use again because they Roadrunner was responsible for the damage. The driver was again petty and would only drop the lockers on the driveway and would not move them an additional 8 feet or so into the garage and I was home alone. I do recommend Lightning Lockers and I hope they work with a different freight company for their own benefit in the future. New pics at the bottom.Past Review:After waiting 5 months and 7 days (I knew it would be a long wait and accepted it), this is what was on the truck. I refused delivery and the driver (Roadrunner Freight) was annoyed. I can't say Lightning lockers was to blame for the damage, however, based on the lack of packing on the lockers, it seems very likely it will be impossible to get like new lockers delivered under any circumstance. I will update this review and happily provide 5 Stars if I can get them replaced, properly packed, and without damage in another 5 months.”
“One Stop Storage has been a great experience for us. We moved downtown and the space is very convent. The space is clean, heated with very easy access. The rental process was very easy online. We are waiting for our home to be built so we will be there for a bit and we have no concerns that our furniture will suffer any damage. Happy ?”
“It's a pretty good store looks like they need more space because there is so much squeezed in there, employees have always been friendly and courteous. They are really picky about the clothes they take which I suppose is a good thing for people buying the items but for the stuff they do buy from you, they seem to pay people a fair price. They have always seemed to do a good job letting me know how long it will take them to get done and they do call you when they are done with the items you bring in.”
“I used Two Men & A Truck two days ago. I was extremely pleased with their work. They worked very hard, never stopped, took great care of my furniture and artwork, and asked me if they had questions. They asked numerous times if there was anything else. My movers were Corey, Eddie, Adrian, and Israel. If I ever move again, which I hope I don't, I wouldn't hesitate to use this service and request these movers. Customer service, Tabitha, was easy to work with. The company called before, during, and after the move to make sure all was going well and follow up with my satisfaction. Five stars!”

“Had problems the first year with mice, so I had to sort thru all our stuff and move across the street to a bigger storage and when the new company took over it was the best service I had no bugs very clean and nice! Like everyone is saying in their reviews, they need to have a dumpster for people to use moving in or out of the unit, it's a hassle trying to find somewhere to dump stuff you don't want! And I hope people know it's called SPARE-BOX not square box!”
