Initially, the office greeters did not seem too inviting. Without looking up, she asked my name and immediately asked if I was ready to pay, before I even talked to anyone. She did become more friendly and welcoming as I chatted with her. The Respiratory Therapist was great and informative.

Derrick came to our house immediately after I was discharged from the hospital to set up my oxygen. He was thorough, explained everything, answered all our questions, and was polite and friendly. We were very comfortable working with him.
