They make everything simple and smooth, quickly finding needed parts, pricing them correctly, and having them ready for pick-up. They are willing to work with customers, even in difficult situations like a scary accident or after hitting a deer. The business often gets parts shipped or sent from another location and calls when items are ready, allowing customers to be in and out in minutes. They have the best prices hands down, even compared to online retailers. For used parts, customers can be pleasantly surprised by the good condition and proper preparation, such as connectors being clipped properly for easy installation. While service is generally excellent, there can occasionally be confusing communication about part availability and pick-up locations, which can lead to inconvenience. However, the overall experience is positive, leading customers to state they will shop here again and buy any and all of their used parts from Height’s Auto Parts in the future.

Everything was simple and smooth. Needed a radio for my Acadia; David made it easy and got the part shipped from another location out here. Called me when it was ready and was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
